I accidently set a dumpster on fire in Bell Gardens 20 some years ago. I was at Chucks Donuts on Florence & Ira. Dumped my car ashtray in the dumpster behind the shop, didn't put the last cigarette out very good and within two minutes 15 foot flames were leaping out.
I do not know exactly who's house it was, but it was in the middle of the driveway. About three homes burned up. If you would like more info, please email me.
