Hey I just found your videos on Youtube, they are helpful. I am starting out with being consistent in my workouts, and I am in need of knowing how to do a workout journal, and how to fill it out. Please do a video on that, it would be so very helpful!
whenever i exercise trying to loose weight i feel my body become more floppy (one week result )! and i'm so afraid to go sever, i loos 10 KG about 5 years ago without exercising and it was good then i gained weight then loose it etc, my weight now was 65 and i loose only 5 kg in more then 3 months with exercising and i'm not happy with the result :( my body is not toned and i want a toned body but i think my body never used to exercised even in school we haven't exercise al all? need ur opinion
