  • They're not trying to eat it. They wouldn't bother with all that screeching. The dead bird looks like a pigeon so I don't know why they would be distressed unless they are just young and adopted it. This reminds me of when a kookaburra chick drowned in our pool, the parents were screeching for ages trying to rescue it. We didn't realise what was wrong until it was too late.

  • ok putting all jokes aside, these birds look like they want to eat it, no crying there, these Minah's are not nice birds theyll eat their own kind i tell you they are evil in the making LOL

  • The pigeons not dead, he's just had a huge night in the town, so the other birds are trying to wake him up to get him off the road

  • Comment removed

  • two more makes a decent lunch

  • They Minah birds they are not crying

    These birds are criminals

  • @Chameleonslove

    i agree

more likely than not theyre trying to make a meal of it, bastard evil birds will eat anything

  • while it is really sad, this is actually a really interesting observation. i wonder why they're doing that?

  • I wish the guy with the camera would have moved it out of the street for them... So they wound't get hit trying to move their fried... so sad... :(

  • Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one bird.

  • somebody should of helped them get it out of the road. It was mommy, I bet.

  • Very interesting video! And some say that animals have no spirit...

  • Damn that's so sad

  • they are not crying over the dead bird, they are prob a nesting pair, and the dead bird is a threat to them. ever watch a blue jay when a cat is near the nest? acts just like these birds do...

  • i like to feed the birds at my house little mini pieces of bread (:

  • this is a profound video...birds are intelligent creatures...I believe they have little bird feelings :(

  • heartbreaking....

  • BELIEVE IN JESUS OR BURN FOREVER IN HELL

  • it looks like theyre attacking it

  • they are just going to eat there bro.

  • this is so sad, screw you who uploaded this u cudnt even help the poor birds.

  • @Msmmyeahmm I think hes trying to film the action of these birds...something you dont see to often..its a sad video but at the same time shows how not only humans can show love or care for someone else..

  • ,..... I dislike the fact that the person who video tapped this,... did even bother to help the Bird or at least move it somehere else (if it was intirely dead), so It didn't get ran over even more.

If I find you,.... dead on the street, I shall Video tape you,... Just laying there, dead, unloved, getting ran over by cars, and Then stop my video and walk away.

Good Plan,.?? I THINK SO,.! :D

  • @PurpleNinjaDinosaurz i hear ya mann..

  • or maybe they are trying to figure out how to eat it

  • @1:32 at least one person drove around the dead bird!

  • They are trying to make their friend fly.. like a mother do with her little baby bird !

  • Birds are far more intelligent than humans give them credit for. I would bet those birds are coming to grips with their friend's death in the video. Birds think and learn differently than most pets, but I am amazed every day at what my pet bird understands.

  • it was probaly their mother

  • I hate people who don't stop for birds next time a person kills a bird I'm going to ask how they will feal if I ran over them or shot them then they won't do it AGAIN!!!!!!!!

  • Why some people do this? Im feel pretty bad becuse this birds are animals, they dont think. So why some people do this? Why they dont stop for the birds?

  • @TayTard1 Do you eat chicken, duck or pigeon? If so, please kindly STFU.

  • Looks more like they're attacking it.

  • Notice how they try to wake up the dead bird (by hitting it) right before a car passes.

  • The bird in the road looks like a small bird of prey, Most likely a kestral, the other birds are Minor birds. The do not like the bird of prey being in the area and they are attacking it. It happens all the time. The stupid, but beautiful minors may be able to talk, but they cannot tell when a bird of prey is dead. Even if you put a plastic bird of prey to keep pidgeons away, other birds attack the plastic bird!

  • the girl got hit one of the males is like perteckting her form mate with her

  • i think the bird who got hit was a female and the two crying is trying to get close is trying to mate but the cars keep comeing

  • The fuck man! They wanted you to get him outta the street!

    And you just recorded!

  • @V3NiC31 trust me when something like this happens and there are other birds around DO NOT touch it. the other birds will rip you to shreds. its best just to leave them be.

    ^voice of experience

  • It would be hilarious if a car ran those two other birds over. I wouldn't stop laughing,

  • allah yerhamo

  • -_- thei whana eat

  • @taytard1 i agree thats horrible say a bird should be respected . I will never kill my pet birds and laugh over it! Not over Paco or Tartura or Tartur! :*(

  • Are you sure they want to save it or cry for it? Lots of crows and similar birds feed on dead animals' bodys. Maybe they try to find out, whether it is really dead or it is a danger to them, maybe a trap. Crows, Ravens etc are pretty intelligent.

  • are the people in the cars retarded theres 2 birds on the road and they just fucking drive past like they dont give a shit

  • They're being territorial, and attacking it actually..

Bird don't pick up other birds and carry them to safety. Well.. these ones don't.

  • @greatestsongsofLIFE You bastard. You have no guilt for killing an innocent bird for sport.

  • @greatestsongsofLIFE I'm sorry that you have no other hobbies in your pathetic life

  • they are tryin to "wake" him

  • THOSE NIGGAs AINT CRYING THEY HUNGRY

  • I'm pretty sure they just want to eat it... Those dives they do on it are predator-like...

  • They're Indian Myna Birds, they are a pest and should be killed on the spot.

They're not crying over it, they're attacking it, they attack weaker birds.

  • Lol, they're Indian Miners (the brown birds) and it looks like they're swooping the dead pigeon...

  • At the 0:50 an 2:10 is the SAME CLIP OVER !!!!

  • boring!

  • If That Dead Bird Was Mine I Will Make It Free

  • the way they sounded. Its more likely that they were defending territory. Plus its looks like they were a different type of bird then the one dead. So they werent crying over a dead friend. If a bird dicovers a dead friend it acts first in confusion, then in relization then moves on almost instantly in normal cases.

  • sorry but this is no crying, they don't feel like humans do. i thinkn they want to make sure its dead. In animallife, when one in the group is weak they kill it. This bird is weak because its hit by a car en dead. I guess they want to make sure its dead.

  • I don't see them trying to eat it ??? what a strange idea, do we see the same video...

  • I think they were trying to eat it, poor thing

  • they are trying to stop the cars to get it to the hospital.

  • @LoweredNJuiced LOL nice

  • their not crying, if there was only 1 bird dancin about id be stuck for words, there 2 of them so its obvious. in western europe a kestril will hunt a raven 1 on 1, raven escapes and returns with a few friends and chase kestrel away. ye get it? they were trying to make it "fuck off" thats why they nervously approached it, jumping at it. one would attack and the other would quickly follow the same way. seen it loads of times.

  • yeah no they were trying to eat it, sorry.

  • The two birds are helping the dead bird to stand up!

  • hate to say this but i think they were trying to eat it

  • this is "mynah" commonly found in the equator region. well i'm not an expert in birds. by the sound of the screeching call and white underside when it flaps its wings..i'm certain it's a mynah.usually scavenging for food.

  • i dont know this type of bird , but seems similar to magpies in the uk ... carrion eaters...

and quite right it is harram to eat your own kind :D

  • that must be their mother or somthing.

  • when they take a shit all over your car you wont give a FUCK!

  • thats not funny thats really sad .u r killin a livin thing how whould u like it if a bird came and killed u?u wouldnt like it nor do the birds that r cryin

  • Ever see what happens when you kill a fly outside? Sit there long enough another fly will come to pick it up, kill that one and another comes - and so on and so forth...

  • why does it do that? 0_o

  • Or maybe they're trying to pick it up and take it to a bird ceremony to have a bird funeral so they can go to bird heaven.

  • I think they're trying to get to the carcass cause they're hungry, these are meat-eating birds, sorry to spoil it for all you sentimental types. Nature doesn't spend so much time on mourning as much as humans do.

  • whoa, ive seen that happen before.i was playing with my friends in my neighborhood and a car ran over a little bird.then suddenly, all these birds come near it as if it was a funeral or somthin.its really weird...

  • To think that they're desperately calling for help as they might think that theres hope for the bird is very very pitiful

  • they're actually calling for more birds to come and help them they are trying to pick it up

  • why do they like to fly infront of moving cars and trucks? I see that all the time

  • the speed of the car makes the air in front move faster, so if i bird flys in front, it can get a big air boost and get across the street faster, and it's fun. it's like when dolphins ride in the wake of boats.

  • okay, so why do they walk or run in front of moving cars and trucks?? I have a video of one doing that on my page, go take a look

  • Obviously kind sir: your birds are emo.

  • whats emo mean ? i have the video

  • It means "emotional"! And it was a friggin joke!

  • Wow, that's interesting and pretty sad... Either they are grieving/trying to wake it up, or they can't quite understand what's wrong with it and are trying to drive it away so it doesn't make them sick. Birds will do either, depending on the situation. Either way, it shows they are emotional and do not ignore death at all. 5 stars
