  • very fast,300 after 3 hours.

  • @zl996 3.2 liter.what would u expect?no turbo no kompressor!theres no other engine that can make that!

  • @BMWhatzer

    porsche 997 S .

  • @zl996 this car have also a nice engine.but its 3.8 liter and have more hp is more expensive and not faster!

  • @BMWhatzer its 3.2l

  • @druqzbunny He's talking about the Porsche.

  • @druqzbunny lol dont tell me something about BMWs

  • This car is awesome. 105000 km and still could do a 300 km/h. I'm interested in buying one. Did you have any problems with the car and how many kilometers now? Many people say that it's not good to buy that car with over 100000 km, but I think that BMW guaranteed 160000 km.

  • @ATX50cc I had no major problems during the 5 years that I owned this M3. I sold it at around 110000 km in a very good condition and hopefully the car will continue to bring driving pleasure to other people for years to come :)

  • That's a nice speed you're reaching there. Is it really a stock engine? No modifications to it at all?

  • @WBAAC11 Thanks, yes I believe the engine is stock. Of course I can't be completely sure, the car had about 3 owners before me. I mean if maybe one of them did some kind of ecu tuning or something but I think it's stock.

  • @THBM3 I'm guessing it is chiptunes since a stock BMW is limited to 250 KM/h however i'm not sure if its also the case for M models. But thats some awesome speed you got there. Autobahn?

  • @prokiller75 Yes, maybe you're right. I believe the M models also are limited from start so you have to remove the limit somehow. This is not autobahn, just an ordinary highway with low traffic :)

  • @THBM3 Damn your crazy for going that fast on a ordinary highway. One speedcam and your screwed :P

  • @prokiller75 Haha :) I never drive with a license plate in the front so speedcams is never a problem, the fine for that is much lower than the speeding tickets :)

  • @THBM3 In belgium the camera's take a picture from the back...

  • @prokiller75 Luckily we don't have that system here. (Yet) :(

  • theat is not original 300km/h see yelov triangl i have m3 e46 and he going 300km/h++

  • if fat coll car

  • the temperature from oil is constant on 99 degree!!

which oil is it?? Castrol TWS or Shell Helix??

  • @turbosilo57 I use Castrol TWS, it seems to work well :)

  • Had a e36 m3 , but thats gone and now i have real speed a kawa zx12R . You car guys have no idea what your missing if you like speed .

  • @kawa7900 I have no experience of it personally but I know how fast it accelerates, insane! Must be an incredible sense of speed.

  • Actual speed 288 km/h

  • @horses343 Close, it was 285-286 :)

  • @horses343

Bist du blind oder was ?

  • @Tsakali3D

yeah, i think he is :-)

  • @theserbian1

    hahahaha ;)

  • woooow

  • i think that a standard e46 m3 should have a top speed of around 285 km/h on a flat road in good conditions. 340 hp cars with good aero and weight go around these speeds. to get to 300, you need a strong downhill

  • @lordoftheriffs79 I don´t know which type of speed you mean, the real speed (GPS speed) in this video is around 285. Some friends' e46 M3's have a little more accuracy on the speedo, it varies. Of course it can't do 300 in real speed. But there are videos and people that shows and claim even higher speeds than this with little or any mods so I don't really know what you are after.

  • @THBM3 the gps speed should be around 285 km/h. Likewise, my tuned 1.4T with 220 hp can reach 243 km/h on gps. Generally, cars with same horsepower reach similar top speeds, weight does not become a big issue.

  • @lordoftheriffs79 Well, then we agree in a sense, since the gps speed in this vid was almost exactly 285 if I remember correctly.

  • Awesome car and engine..

  • @mtx80cr80 Agree :)

  • @martini2kc Yes, it was my car but now I have sold it.

  • @martini2kc Samochód jest nieco spragniony, przy tych prędkościach :) (Google tłumaczyć )

  • That's one of the reasons that I am going to change my S2000 for that...

  • @stradalev8 I'm glad to hear that even though I also like the S2000 very much.

  • E46 is also still a very beautiful model to look at, apart from a 343 hp M3 being very fast.

  • @Joke9972 Agree, still a very nice looking model.

  • stock?

  • @bboykidrich Hi, it's stock what I know of except from an Eisenmann exhaust system, and parts of the interior and some other stuff is removed so its a little bit lighter. And its delimited of course.

  • @THBM3 what other stuff??

  • @bboykidrich I did it 5 years ago so I don't remember all the things but unnecessary stuff that you can dismount inside the car. It became a little more noisy of course but that was ok for me.

  • @THBM3 You should do more videos of your M3, please..I have a doubt about whether to buy a 335i m3 e46 or e92, can you help me?would you do?

  • @THBM3 You should do more videos of your M3, please..I have a doubt about whether to buy a m3 e46 or 335i e92, can you help me?would you do?because 335 is a twinturbo

  • @bboykidrich Sorry but I don't have the M3, I have a 996 Turbo at the moment.

I think I would choose the 335i e92 since it's easier to make them much more faster but I like the M models very much so it's not an easy choice.

  • wow takes forever to get from 270 - 300

  • Nice one! I'm amazed the E46 M3 could reach 300 kph without increased power. 186mph is huge for only 340bhp, I thought the E46 was only capable of about 280kph since the e92 can reach 300kph. However that car has an extra 80bhp which comes into it's own at higher speeds.

  • @KBNASTAT92 Thanks :) I'm not sure of what speed a delimited E92 M3 can reach but I guess it should be around 300 km/h, the GPS speed during this run was around 177 mph.

  • anyone notice how he barley traveled 4km but the # of km remaining on the tank of fuel went down by 10?

  • top speed depends on aerodymanics and horsepower mainly.

  • Hi! Stock? Thx

  • @norb088 Hi, it's stock except from an Eisenmann exhaust system, and parts of the interior and some other stuff is removed so its a little bit lighter. And its delimited.

  • @THBM3 your Eisenmann exhaust it's the full systeme exhaust with manifold etc......?

  • @m3e46forever1 The car already had the system when I bought it but I don't think it's with manifold.

  • Call From Death...

  • dont forget this is a v6 and it has 100.000 km already done.

  • @nameZaBlaCk BMW never build any V6 engines. They only build inline 6 engines. You can also hear the difference between a BMW or a Nissan 350Z for example. The sound is very different.

  • @KingNero2006 ok thanx , didnt know it.

  • @BMWPOWER4U Interesting, I had a E36 328 once.

  • That yellow light was the ASC (Anti Skid Control) the same thing is in my BMW 318i E46

  • @badarmunir1 That's right.

  • @badarmunir1 wait i saw that yellow light once in my 318i e46 as well:D it flashed up for a moment when tires spinned.....what's that do if it stays always active?

  • @AGENT47ist It gives traction to the car. You shouldn't always keep it on. You should only switch it on when you are driving in slippery conditions such has: Snow, Ice, Rain etc. The reason why the light was on on the video was because the guy was driving very fast and he didn't want the car to lose traction.

  • @badarmunir1 Firstly, traction control doesnt actually give traction. It just stops the tires from spinning. This m3 for example is faster when traction control is off. Secondly, when the light is on constantly it means that the traction control is off. And when the light is off, it means that traction control is on. And when the light flashes, it means that the traction control is doing its job. When you are driving normally, you shoud always keep traction control on. Especially in cars like m3

  • 300km/h tacho is 280km/h really

  • @schnitzerpower My experience is that it varies a bit from car to car, in this case it was 286.

  • @THBM3 nice, ive never had mione that quick.... and even then it only goes to 180 mph... i need a aus/uk metric dash skin for my babeh

  • @brencooke Ok, it seems like some reach higher speeds than this and some not so high, varies a bit. Drive safe.

  • @THBM3 oh no dont get me wrong, 180mph is 300k's there abouts... and i have no doubts about it getting there...

  • @brencooke Perfect, that's the spirit! Have fun and go for it.

  • @Heema5 Thanks :)

  • What have u done to loose weight? thx

  • @norb088 I have mostly removed unnecessary parts of the interior (a lot of stuff) among other things and made it so that it is possible to restore to original condition.

You could do much more, like replacing many parts of the car with lighter parts and so on. And you could also contact ESS or HPF for more power :)

  • @THBM3 holy crap man that is soo cool my dad this same e46 m3 but the only stuff modified is the exhaust and the intake, and its also manuel but this video is COOL

  • @THBM3 HPF > ESS for me :) just the stage 2 on this and watch how the difference will be :)

  • @Bmw545m Yes, the difference would be huge :)

  • @THBM3 gpower xd

  • @druqzbunny Absolutely :)

  • Inline six 300 km/h = ///Mental

  • what is the stock limiter set to?

  • @bstarx My car was delimited when I bought it so I'm not sure. My friend's E46 M3 that still has the limiter left achieves about 275 km/h on the speedo and 265 GPS speed.

  • @THBM3 hey..nice M3 you got there..any mods? stock?

  • @kalimambo Hey man! Its stock except for an Eisenmann exhaust and some weight reduction.

  • Is your E46 M3 nornmal condition? or anything installed?

  • @313igolf6 Yes, its in normal condition except from an Eisenmann exhaust system, and parts of the interior and some other stuff is removed so its a little bit lighter. And its delimited.

  • @THBM3 hey man whats is your tires?

  • @kidman363 Michelin PS2. Or did you mean the dimensions?

  • @THBM3 actually the dimensions

  • @kidman363 275/30 19 in the rear and 235 in the front. GPS speed in this film was 286.

  • Is it stock ?

  • @ervinski7 Yes, its stock except from an Eisenmann exhaust system, and parts of the interior and some other stuff is removed so its a little bit lighter. And its delimited.

  • its your car?

  • @istybmx Yes

  • this is just a stock E46 M3 SMG II with de-limter removed, this hasn't been remapped yet!

  • you drive 9km in 64 seconds wow

  • @istybmx Interesting, I havent checked the length of my driving before but unfortunately I dont think it was longer than just under 5 km :(

  • update:) Made it 300 on straight, and 310 on downhill:)

seems that you just need to push it long time to achive 300...

  • @goranE46M3 That sounds great! Then you have a very healthy M3! But I havent seen any film of it yet on your channel ;)

  • @THBM3 Well I must start to shoot them:) I drived at Nurburgring, but no vids... When I complete my race interior I will make camera holder:)

  • @goranE46M3 Ok :) Race interior with camera holder will be nice!

  • Hello

    Nice video...

I also have E46 M3 2004. 6MT, i delimited it, but my car wont go over 295km/h(7000 rpm) on straight road... When I compare it with other E46 M3,s i am little faster then them, so I think my car has no power losses...

Did you filmed this on small downhill?

    Thank you, regards from Croatia...

  • @goranE46M3 Hello and thank you :)

I dont remember any particulor downhill when I did this run but the car is a little bit lighter since I removed parts of the interior and other unnecessary stuff.

It also has an Eisenmann exhaust system and I had very little fuel in the tank during this drive. Maybe this could make the car 1-5 km/h faster, I dont know really.

Anyway, your M3 seems to be at least as fast as it should be without any power losses as you said. With best regards

  • Thats incredible! Nice.... I'm getting my M3 soon... Can't wait

  • @benjimin1 Then you have something fun to look forward to, I hope you find a nice one.

  • @THBM3 Thanks man!

  • What's that about close to, ... 180-190 mph correct?? That's awesome!!!

  • @Xavier1EXE That's right, about 186 mph on the speedo. A little less in real speed though.

  • yea that's crazy ... where were u when you were driving??

  • @Xavier1EXE On a regular highway in Sweden. It was relatively low traffic at that time so it was just fun:) If you have the opportunity you should try to do the same :)

  • yea not in the United States but maybe i'll take a trip out to europe and see

  • @Xavier1EXE I can recommend it :)

  • haha thanks :)

  • Ok let's goo.. :)))

  • Fy faaan vad tråkigt ;) Sorry TB, var bara tvungen
