Um...This is a contest and they're doing EXHIBITION FLAIR so dont's worry, no barman does this if some1 orders a drink. Well there's also WORKING FLAIR and this kind is used in restaurants but it's not like this only a throw here and spin there. So the thing is there are more categories of flair bartending.

This is exhibition flairing which is more about the show-off element as opposed to making the drink. Working flair on the other hand incorporates a lesser degree of flairing with greater emphasis on making the drink, oh did I forget to mention with speed as well.

working depends, if you break full bottle mabye.... if you break hella full bottles YES! if you break hella bottles but barely have ounce or 2 ounces in it........then no......the bottle has already made its money, but by dropping/breaking alot, then you just look like a tard to your guest.............

1 good example of a good flair bartender who broke, is a friend of mine. The owner and his 2 guest (rich peeps derno who) were watching him, and he dropped and broke a 3/4 full bottle. the owner had a shocked looked on his face, when then friends asked "ya made cause he broke?" he said nooooooooooo the 5 months hes been here, i've NEVER SEEN HIM BREAK! haha!!! =]
