check this shit out. it's a UFO that i witnessed with my best friend and her roommate flying around downtown portland on september 2nd, a different day than he caught it. it's NOT an RC helicopter or plane. it went very high into the sky and it's speed was far too fast at times and the turns it made were impossible for any kind of RC craft. this video does not do it justice and is lame in comparison to what my friend and i saw: /watch?v=r1V96gNtM_U

That depends on your perception of fun. I can see a leaf spinning from a spider web right now in my back yard. I see that on a regular basis. Probably 1000's of times.

I have probably tried to imagine some different explanation for this phenomenon dozens of times to entertain myself. Eventually, spending my time coming up with alternate explanations for the exact same reality gets old.

The concrete reality is, what I am looking at is a spider web and a leaf. Time to move on.

hmm, hard to say, but i think nightvision01 might be right, it might be an insect cocoon hanging by its silk thread. hard to say just from a video. if it was faked, they shouldn't have shown the tree at all.
