Less lethal force options were totally legitimate in this instance, maybe on the top end of acceptable but still within the bounds. I have experienced Tear Gas... and it is excruciatingly painful... I could at least run away... but Scot Olson ... I think that's his name, he was unable to run when they shot that 2nd Tear Gas at the crowd trying to help him... He had to endure all that pain while in pain from being hit by Tear Gas or a Rubber bullet...He helplessly laid there.

I lived in the U.S. for all my life and see things now that you haven't - the unemployment (GROSSLY understated by the official statistics), the foreclosed houses, the despair for college graduates and young people.
