  • Oh, Jewish SUMMER Camps.

Aha, okay, I was thinking you were going to talk about something.. COMPLETELY different..

    ..aha.

    Pretty hijab, anyways. :D

I'm not muslim, but I wanna wear one, lol.

  • Has your heating situation improved? 900/month? are you freakin kidding me? wow I thought I had it bad lol

  • fucking ugly nigger you look like a fucking guy you cunt

  • @peanutmanplix who are you to judge her? she isn't aiming to impress jerkoffs like you anyways.

  • Jewish camps are important to help children develop their Jewish identity, especially if they don't live in a Jewish community. Its hard being the only kid on the block who doesnt celebrate xmas so camp is a great way to escape the secular world & feel connected to ones culture and religion. Many Jews consider assimilation one of the greatest threats to Judaism so thats why there are so many Jewish camps & birthright trips to help counter that disturbing trend.

  • hey! in chicago the mosque has a one week camp at a camp site that's amazing. they have one week for the girls and one for the boys.

  • yo sister we want videos !

  • The problem with faith based camps is it's more than likely the 'faith' of the parents, not the kids. Kids should be free to find their own path. Secular camps FTW. Do secular camps exist?? We don't really do the 'camp' thing in the UK.

  • There are muslim camps, you just have to send your kids overseas to Iran and Syria. Jewish camps welcome kids of all ethniciites. But again it is paid for and run by jews, so yeah they are a jewsih camp. And jewish camps give out scholarships to the poor on a regular basis. And there is the YMCA and their summer camps, and the YMCA is a chrisitian organization. So go ahead and get a Muslim one going, see who can afford it. The Persians and Arabs will laugh at you probably though.

  • I would so go back, but i doubt that they would want me (converted). When you are ready to to open ur place up give me a buzz! I have camp counselor experience. We will have an all zabiha menu :)

  • I use to work for a camp that was sponsored by a religious organization. I still love that place to this day. It was one of the best experiences of my life. We had wilderness camping, swimming, hiking, climbing... It was on like a 1000 acres of land on a mountain with a natural lake and trails.

  • point two... just because you mentioned it... keeping shabbos means that they dont do any "work" on friday, it is the sabbath. It will probably also mean that there is a religious sabbath candle lighting on Friday at sundown... which would NOT be good for you to let your kids go to... but on the positive note... the kosher kitchen isnt such a bad thing... why? Because if it is Kosher then if you keep halal you can eat it. Allahu Alim, but I beleive even the strictest schools say kosher = ok. :)

  • christian camps are run through the diocesse and are advertized within the church... they dont advertize online etc... because they only want people of like mind there... (no I'm not making that up... I know for fact at least for Episcopalean, catholic, methodist and seventh day adventest. )

A good secular camp is run through the Elks Club... I cant remember what state you are in but do a search for the Elks club Youth Camp in your state. I worked for them as a counselor in florida for 6yrs

  • They problem don't want to get one set up because of this stupid theroy: What would the average ignorant American think when they heard "Muslim camp"

And the Craigs list thing, They had not right to do that, what a bunch of rotten horse raddish......
