You have Sand ... search the local terrain for any clay (perhaps near freshwater) you can build a Cob building free all it takes is manpower ...
If your not afraid of work you can build it all for free then once others see what you have done you can do it for them and they in turn will help you and they community can all take part in a Island Resort made for the community by the community to raise the class of living... look into perma-culture and do it yourself wind/solar

You can fly MGA to Bluefields or go by bus/boat. From Bluefields there are no commercial boats, so we would have to coordinate the transport.
