1. When Jim and Mat (Jeff and Nigel) are running towards the patient, shouting "MAKE WAY", Mat hits Jim!

2. When Martha says "she's got a cold", Jim says "a cold?!" and Mat actually shouts "ACHOO!"

3. When they are running away, for some reason which is still unknown to me, when they get past the crowd, they change to "hop away"!
