I tried the exercises and I don`t wanna say that they don`t work and it obviously takes time to see the results but I wasn`t out off breath or felt my muscles afterwards - did I do something wrong? Because I actually really like them and I appreciate it a lot you also show exercises you don`t lay down - my back hurts too much for most of them.
wow i have to try these i cant do the old school kind due to a car accident messed up my neck and and lower lumbar but i have been doing ballet and using a thereband for strengthening my body on off class days when you do these do you think hey i need to engage my inner and outer abs while ur doing the actual exercise? to get it to work better or just do them? my abs have always been a hard one for me and im a personal trainer lol but i like ur ideas..if would be awesome if you could relply
I've been doing these 3 exercises for the past week and man I'm sore. I've been doing Ab Ripper X since May, so my abs are somewhat define ;-) but I can really feel the "pain" (pain in a sense that I'm feeling the stretch) when I'm doing yours ;-)
One question: do you do em 3 times a week or how often??
I used to do the first 2 exercises you just did. These are really helpful and I'm going to start working out again. Do these help you to also work out your abdomen area?
hey...i need sum advise! i kina need 2 narrow down my waist line before October! can u giv me some intense home workout advise?!?!? btw im luvin ur figure :)
thanks this helped alot i like that you can do it standing and not on a hard floor. im going to start doing these and in a month ill let you know how it goes!
The mid exercise targets more the quadratus lumborum, erector spinea, sartorius, gluteus medius, psoas, piriformis, and the quadratus femoris, than the external obliquus, add some resistance to rotation of the torso and then u will get both the extenal and internal obliques, spot on..
Thanks for the tips. I am just starting out at the gym and need all the help i can get. Can you if you do you do ab execises for your upper and lower and obliques all in one day? Also could you tell me how many days you work out and what your totally body workout is? Do you go to a gym? Can you do a total body workout video for us? Thanks Great job. Would like to see more.
I love these moves, just did them, very effective. With move 2 and 3, put your other hand on your hips. It helps keep your balance instead of it just dangling there. Love it and very motivated!
Hola!very helpful!!!!thanks very much!simple yet not so impossible to execute..pls do more exercise videos like for arms, esp biceps/triceps...thnks!have a beautiful day~
these are really great because you dont have to lie down. when i do i just feel like im rolling around and getting nothing accomplished .lol so thanks so much:)
Thanks so much for this! Between the obliques and the legs and I'm usually at a loss. I usually do the bicycle crunch for the obliques, but I will definitely throw these in as well.
Besides running/other cardio is there anything you know that's good for the legs?
Thanks for the tips. Not seen these exercises before and they obviously work for you. I have a suggestion for you, some people may benefit from you giving the breathing technique with these, knowing when to breathe in and out comes naturally to me but that might not be the case for everyone, especially beginners. Thanks again.
This is GREAT! I've been looking for exercises that i could do at home now that i don't have much time to go to the gym, but didn't want to spend lots of money on objetcs to do so. This is perfect for me :D Will try to do it today. How many times in a week to you usually do those?
