I've invested in REITs for decades..mostly for the dividends. One REIT has gone from $8/share to $60 & back to $8. It has cut its dividend from $.44/share to $.06 & its debt ratio is under 50%. Another REIT owns buildings in the WA. D.C. area and is doing quite well. Be very careful with REITs as with all investments.

This time around seems the routine Reported #s are maybe 38% of true unemploy #s. C'mon!

I've invested in REITs for decades..mostly for the dividends. One REIT has gone from $8/share to $60 & back to $8. It has cut its dividend from $.44/share to $.06 & its debt ratio is under 50%. Another REIT owns buildings in the WA. D.C. area and is doing quite well. Be very careful with REITs as with all investments.
