One more question. Before you guys fall into the catacomb area with the red crank and everything, it seems like you didn't skip the previous cutscene as fast as you could have. Was that an accident or intentional? Does skipping it faster make loading slower or something like that? Thanks.

@magnum66 most cutscenes in the game dosnt effect the ingame timer. to be honest, i have no idea about the scene you mentioned. we didnt let it go on purpose.

usually its better to skip asap, except for those, where something happenes in the scene, that actually effect the level itself, like the elevator in chapter 5-1.

But theres nothing like that in the scene where you fall down, so no, far as i know, it dosnt matter if you watch it or skip it there.

Great run, quick question though. What exactly is flash in beginning for? Me and a friend have done a few runs and have ended up with 6:48 and 6:47. I was always curious why we have flash in beginning? Quick turning easier with Jill after crank part using flash? Also what do you exactly do during the first time you fall into the sewer/catacombs area. Is there a way to pause timer momentarily like with old 1-1 main game pause glitch? Can you pause/unpause repeatedly to gain time? Thanks!

@magnum66 thanks. the flash is just for the quickturns, to put in the crank easier and turn faster in the prison area.

i think the pause trick might work, but im not sure about it, because i allways play online coop and there its useless. so no, i dont do anything when i fall down and just watch the sequence. you can see that when you watch the jill`s pov video. ive just cut that part out to make the video more compact

But why your partner got a flash grenade at finish?

And about cranks in underground - what is better, yellow or blue crank?

Far as I know, both cranks will leave you with about the same time. Blue is a little bit faster but then you dont have a flash grenade in the end, so its you will end up with the same result.

the flash grenade is to do quick turns on the stairs.
