  • Hey Good Job dude. Thanks for going slow. These arent ancient sercets. The folks who know how to work the knife should show anyone that has an interest and take time to teach. Thanks.

  • god i want one....

  • I h ave a tip... there are gloves out there that are wire weaves. it will keep the knife from cutting you when practicing a new trick. Just search cut resistant glove.

  • I want to buy one.

  • Cool awesome video

  • This is the backflip choke a monkey while riding an elephant opening

  • 1:35 holy shit i just realised how dangerous this can eb o_O your awesome man

  • Why does the knife man look like hes wearing a WingTsun outfit?

    ...just beside the point...

    Nice video :D

  • i tried that toss once, i cut my finger in two separate places, made two different tipes of cuts and all in one move :)

  • Thumbs up mate, you made my day!

    :D

  • this was invented in the filipines right? i mean it says batangas?

  • Debatable. The French have the oldest know artifacts on this, so the French take credit for the invention as of now.

  • if i was to buy one from you would you ship it to canada?

  • I ship internationally.

  • well what should i use the knife for if i get one=?

  • roadsideimports is a spy!

  • if any one knows

can you carry butterfly knives in your pocket in kentucky?

  • You should call your local police and ask them the question, they might be wrong but at least you know what they enforce.

  • @Roadsideimports I believe they're illegal to carry per Federal (USA) law -- but don't take my word on it. I know they're legally sold in Connecticut, but not legally carryable.

  • or just fuckin do it anyways, thats what i do XD

  • Achem, I never really was on our side....

Just think of using that for self-defense.

He would see you flip that thing out all spy-like and be like, fuck, never coming here again.

  • lol from TF2?

  • where do u get these?

  • I sell them like I said so go to the website and you'll see quite a few models available.

  • hey, roadsideimports, can you tell me how to do a simple trick wich you go from normal knife pose to backstab pose? just a simple one please...im still trainin'

  • That is in this video, if you can't see how it is done you have to stop and pause and go back. It is easier with the DVD that is for sure.

  • whitch min. ?

  • Go to my main website and under the balisong section there are quite a few videos to watch to help you.

  • lookin for a butterfly knife, hit me up if u got one to sell

  • Ofcourse go to AssistedKnife

  • Nice! 5*

  • eehh...Id end up cutting my fingers open if i tried that

  • Thanks for showing how to actually do the tricks.

  • Thanks for sharing. yay for fun with knives!!

  • is that a Pacific Cutlery knife?

  • Butterfly blade

  • as in a company name?

  • no, I think thats just the name of the blade style.

  • Pacific Cutlery made butterfly knives in the 80's and then became Benchmade. The Pacific Cutlery knives were generally made in Japan and imported back to Oregon then things developed and Benchmade bought or reformed or some business move and the butterfly logo which was Pacific Cutlery's logo became used by Benchmade.

  • yes i know all of that, i was asking what knife as used in this old video.. was it a PCC, a Jag, a piece of crap that should not even be made? what?

  • This is a good instructional video. All those other people out there on youtube just show off, not show you how to do shit.

  • I got quite a few lesson videos that show you the techniques. They are all on my website under the Balisong Butterfly section and you'll see the instructional videos, got quite a few now.

  • Where can you get the kit model?

  • It is listed at my website like it states in the video at AssistedKnife It is under the Balisong Butterfly category and is about the 3rd or 4th one down email me if you have any questions about it.

  • hey JB do u actually let the side of the blade touch ur fingers or r u supposed to stop it before it actually touches ur finger when flipping? I know theres only 1 edge but I know it gets confusing sometimes when flipping so u can end up getting cut. noticed u stop a couple times be4 it touches. 1 more thing wat kind do u reccomend if I was shjort on money but wanted a decent 1. Benchmade is tp quality but cheap ones fall apart 2 fast. u got anything 4 me?

  • Yes, the kit model. Built it, it has screw construction like the Benchmade, it gets to international locations easy because it is a kit form, JB>

  • Very nice slow motion and camera angles. Well done.
