When I watch this brilliant movie, the ending in which Tony dies in Maria's arms gets me crying every, single time!!! This movie is relevant today; as you should not judge a person solely by the color of his/her skin!

Beautiful music from what I consider one of the greatest movies in film history. The message in West Side Story is relevant even today. We all would be better off in society if we didn't judge people by the color of one's skins. Great rendition of these songs by two talented musicians of today - B. Streisand and J.Mathis. Thank you for sharing this exquisite version of these songs! My fav. movie of all-time, bar none. The ending in the movie version gets me emotionally EVERY time!!

yes. I took a Religion class in college and was amazed at how similar the desert religions are and many countries refused jewish immigrants including the USA. Do remember your history Hitler had the Numerberg laws which stripped Jewish citizens of their citizenship and that's pretty much how it all started.
