How does this game compare to the older CM games? I hear that this one has a real time pausable and the original turn based mode. So which mode is preferable to play the game in? Does the turn based mode feel natural or does it feel just added in to appease the older fans?
hey, i'm considering purchasing this ame. i already have Men of War Assault Squade. The two games clealy share some similarities, but can anone give me a brief comparison between the two?
fantastic video can't wait for more, have had the game since release and haven't had the guts to start a campaign yet lol...still plotting through single scenarios..amazing game. Look forward to learning more from future vids..cheers!
WHOA----I'm on last 3 missions of 16 missions --single campaign and found nothing like the scenes in the video ??? Where is all this TANK ACTION --What mission(s) ? Or is this something else (edited battles or some such other than SINGLE PLAYER CAMPAIGN MISSIONS ???????? Thanks
@IcyScythe -----Correct---------Please advise where the TANK centric Missions are ? Thank you for taking the the time to educate me here > Jim P.S. This game is great !!!!!!!!!

There's considerable debate about this on the BFC forums. Buildings - especially the 2nd story or higher - seem to be killboxes for your troops under many circumstances. The wooden buildings, in particular, seem to be good only for observation. Putting troops inside of wooden buildings makes them very vulnerable to enemy fire once spotted, and they seem to be spotted quite quickly and easily.
how did you switch camera positions, want to make a movie

@ss11955 you're probably playing Road to Montebourg which is an infantry centric campaign.

@ss11955 just read the descriptions of the campaigns and battles in the game.
I haven't played it yet but it's a good bet that the "Panzer Marsch" campaign features lots of armor given its name.

Great to have what is instinctive or what has been learned at the expense of countless virtual troops presented in this way. I look forward to more.

Great stuff! Thanks. One sometimes gets away from the basics just to hurry the action along.
