It looks to me like she simply got into that turn too fast, couldn't or wouldn't lean it over far enough, and went off the outside. If her bike really does have a "wheel wobble," then check tire inflation and condition, wheel bearing wear, steering head bearing wear and frame alignment, in that order. She's lucky she didn't break her neck.
Accident happens at 5:45. I think she went to fast in the corner and realized she wasn't gonna make it. She hit her brakes (you can see the brake light come on) which causes the motorcycle to go straight.
