Hmm will have to give the technique a try. How long did it take you to get the hang of making one look decent. I never used the clockwise twisting and it looks like s**t when I try to make one. Awesome mane you got there man, thanks for the tip.

That's not a rope braid. That's a 2-strand twist braid. A real rope braid is 4 strands and done differently.

I always thought that was called the twist braid. (But I think terms are interchangeable.)
