The software I used was Apple's "Motion 2" - which is now in version 3 and only available as part of the "Final Cut Suite" of applications. The waterfall was a still animated via Motion 2.

Jerry, great photos. I especially like the falls at 1:00.
The vineyard work reminds me of the painting Daniel bought for Villa Corona.
