I guess you're right, if it's played on the radio and has a video then it's a free single, yeah. And the I think the presenter on kiss actually announced it as a single when he played it. But I don't think it'll ever be listed on the prodigy site as a single and it won't be eligible for the singles chart unless it's a pay-for single I think.
