ArmA is older (I think, correct me if im wrong) and crysis isnt a game which can be run by computers of sub-nasa supercomputer level, crysis would run at 1 frame per week here, ArmA should run quite smoothly...

The mushroom grows from the air returning from the initial explosion. I'm doubtful about the lasting strong light effect shown, and the mushroom 'cap' isn't something that just appears suddenly.

Dreadful visuals, imho. Not that it matters, everything dies anyway.
