@xXSgtWolfXx yeah i have a vietnam load out it includes this CA M16A1 a whole bunch of era mags a belt and a glock which is the only non era thing.... You could get most of this stuff from shop(dot)ehobbyasia(dot)com

Dude my friend has the G&P one. It has the correct Colt trades, way better externals, and has way better quality internals. It also shoots smoother and a lot faster. For all you people out there who want a CA get the G&P instead.

Can anyone help me out? I am planning on getting the CLASSIC ARMY m15a4 rifle ver, (its an m16) and I want to buy another magazine for it. I agree that the HIGH CAP (shorter length one in this video) is cooler, I'm just not sure that it would fit in the m15a4... I'm just wondering WHY they named it the m15??? Rights?

@Koops2245 they named it that because if you look at the licensing its made by armalite the manufacturer of the original AR not M16 only colt has the licensing to make to do that since they make m4's and m16's for the military.... in short term ya basically rights and yeah pretty much any mag for an m4/m16 that comes from any brand that sells guns 150 bucks or higher

@aquosman99 You do know that you have a vietnam M16A1 not the orginal vietnam one the orginal name for the firts every M16 is M16E1 and the AR-15s where prototypes

@33sausage it performs pretty well but your going to have to upgrad the piston and some of the internals because they eventually will break and it holds pretty solid groupings and it shoots to 150ft

I have heard that CA guns have gearbox trouble......is that true? Also, i looked at other VN style m-16's adn they dont seem as good so would you recomend this gun or another brand?

@xColdblooded95x I would recomend this gun but you should get an upgrade after you put about 2500-3000 rounds through it because the piston head is complete crap and yes they do have gear box problems but after you put 2500-3000 rounds through it. What I did when my gearbox was dying of too many rounds is upgrade the gun internally, A FULL INTERNAL UPGRADE should do the trick basically

Be VERY VERY CAREFUL on GETTING A SLING for this gun. DO NOT GET A CRAPPY ONE it broke the stock of the m16a1 because the ring on the hook of the sling broke and it dropped my gun SO BE CAREFUL!!!!!

um dude buy the x series its the same price and it has upgrades so its definitely a better deal. the rate of fire is AMAZING not even kidding like great. the only annoying thing is that the dust cover thing is kinda loose but not a big deal at all

Can I make the dust cover open when cocking cause the classic army has a magnet doesnt it? but the echo opens when you pull... or does the x series is like echo

ya u can make the dust cover open with the charging handle thats a new feature they made with the x series but you can also pull it down cause its not on too tight

x series = grey body. Stag arms m15a1= Black body but its not metal its ABS PLASTIC. And black extra mags

yea i have this gun and it is beast. so accurate with .25s so use those instead of .20s..the FPS on mine is about 420 but I have an upgraded spring so yea..nice review
