true considering video editing because it's simple but actually silver light is a rich web client as same as adobe flash and java applet so it's more complex and programmable with any CLR based languages such as Vb C# C++ J#(Microsoft Java ;) haha )

i think now with all the updates vista have improved a lot and i noticed that some older programms now play whereas before couldnt. So vista now i think they are more superior than xp. no way turning back to xp for me. ps if you dont update xp with sp2 are better

Windows Vista works perfect, if you have a good computer will say.

Vista is a bit like Mac, it is coded for specific hardware, if the hardware specs aint met, it tend to get buggy, or even not work.

Why some programs dont work in Vista?

Easy question.

If the developer follow the programming rules (pretty strict) the program will work perfectly since it dont contain weird stuff that other platforms may not recognize.

If they do it might not work since Vista aint got same support as XP

Hey, colamix microsoft have NOT stole Internet Explorer.

It is built by Microsoft all from the beginning.

Then i could say that Mac stole Safari from Linux since Safari is built on same source as Konqueror in K-Desktop Environment (Commonly known as KDE), but i cant, since Konqueror is Open-Source.

What about transitions, watermarks, precise frame clipping, color correction? There are a TON of features that you left out that i could find in windows movie maker alone. It looks pretty, but it isn't going to make a very good video. Don't give up... you only need about a million more lines of code to make it a decent video editing program.

Windoze can go and pull something old over themselves when Linux gets more programmers and users.

People think Linux is hard, to be honest, it is the way round.

Can you use XP without installing it, run from a cd? NO!

Can you use the OS when it is all messed up, and correct it through a GUI of the os with the installation cd? NO!

Linux is so much better.

Id even install Gentoo if i could, and i dont really like Gentoo...
