At the beginning Kain wanted a cure from vampirism which Ariel promised at the end which he'll receive after killing the Pillar Guardians which she actually meant him sacrificing himself since he's the Balance Guardian.At the end Kain either takes Vorador's advice or his original goal in these endings.

HEY WAIT A MINTUTE!!! ALL the guardians were chosen at birth by the pillars themselves and inorder for the pillars to be restored all the guardians had to die right? KAIN WAS MURDERED but then became a vampire. The point is here that Kain had already died so his pillar should've been restored what the hell. Kain really was cheated of his true destiny.

@WickedKnight07 Yeah, good point! But since Kain is the Scion of Balance perhaps his murder didn't count. If it was his destiny to become the Scion he would have had to become a vampire...or something to that effect anyway (and maybe because he's the only way that the pillars will be returned to vampires). But yeah, maybe they just overlooked it because he was the only murdered guardian to return.

@LadyKhamoon I forgot one detail on the vampires in this series, inorder to become a vampire the soul must be raised and bound within the body. Mortanius bounded Kains soul and someone told me that each pillar needs a specific item which binds their guardianship. The binding item for the pillar of balance needs the very soul of its guardian which is why Ariels bound, but now that Kains a vampire his soul remains shackled in his body until he dies. I know I was suprised to hear this to.

Thanks for the input, I appreciate the idea. I will definitely do that if I find the time. The only other game in the series I still own is Soul Reaver on Dreamcast, so look out for that when I find the time for it. I did a gameplay video, but youre right, I should do a Cutscene Theater for the whole series when I do a game.
