  • where in the delta were you fishing?

  • I can tell you're a right handed fisherman are struggling to use that lefty baitcaster

  • yea that quality of the video is excellent , was thinking of getting a carrot stix for frog fishing, but i'm already using 4 mojos, flip'n/crank/spinner bait/top water~jerk bait, and they make a frog rod also.think they are around the same price, but the golds may be a bit more.

  • nice catch man, I love those topwater strikes!

  • @EGOTTLIEB12 Thanks! Lookin' forward to the summer topwater bite. Hope the action is picking up on your end.

  • what is this place called?

  • @MrNava121

yup tikis on an incoming tide.

  • what is that place called?

  • buddy no offense i am wondering y do u use 70lb for small bass like this .. the only sole reason is that i have order 55lb daiwa samurai braid from Cabelas today.. i was concerned about the mm if it will dig into the shimano curado reel.. as i will be using it in saltwater and freshwater .. basically fishes from 2 - 20lb .. cant say.. but do u think i have made a mistake or will 55lb do it...

  • @harikarthikeyan i wouldnt worry about the dig issue. Daiwa braid is super smooth. U cant even really hear it when your reeling in a heavy fish. Just becareful on what kind of knot you tie. 55lb will be sufficient enough. I use 70lb but might go heavier, pulling a 8 lb donkey out of the thick stuff you have to have stout gear and most importantly line.

  • is that by tiki lagoon marina?

  • The best top water ive ever used is a zara natural frog that thing looks so damn real ... it blows those damn ribbit frogs away

  • we can i get 1 thant is not a bait caster rod

  • @1vontadavis U can but you be as accurate like the baitcasting rod.

  • lol nice hook set xD

  • Which part of delta do you usually fish at?

  • @wuzzup123 usually central delta like mildred.

  • spro is da best frog!!

  • @bassbrigadier You ever try the Stanley Ribbit frog? I usually don't use topwater but i would like to you got any tips?

  • I do like that carrot stick

  • @philly442 Not a bad rod.

  • Thanks for the compliments and for subscribing. Tight lines!

  • nice video man. what is the spec of the rod you are using? and what kind of reel?

  • Thanks! Rod: e21 Gold Carrot Stix 7'8" Fast Action/Heavy Power Flipping/Pitching. Reel: Daiwa Steez 103HL.

  • Hey seriously... keep this up.. Very appreciative of this informative post.. Love to hear the exact bait, line, color, temp, wind, and time.. makes you put it together in your mind and enjoy it more.

  • Thank you! It's all for you. Glad you enjoy. =)

  • what kind of camera is he using?

  • We're using a Flip Mino HD. Super simple.

  • What kind of rod/reel comb. are you using?

  • Flizmo, Daiwa Steez w/ an e21 Carrot Stick.

  • nice bass ;] i always use frogs but i can never hook up.. =[

  • Try a heavier action rod. I use a 7' kistler frog and slop rod and i always hookup!Downside is its very expensive but there are rods justs as good and cheaper like the daiwa L&T frog rod.

  • Let the bass inhale the frog. let the bass have the frog in his mouth before u set the hook,i have the same problem with topwater baits,i always get excited and pull the bait from the fish before they can get ahold of it lol

  • Exactly what Redfins7248 and kicknbazz1615 said. Heavy action rod and wait til the fish has inhaled the frog.

Thanks for your insight guys. :) Tight lines!
