Carlton ( Field Marshall as he like to be call) was Bob's drummer and percussion player. He was the brother of Bob's Bassis Aston Barrette ( Family Man ). They Joined the Wailers around 1970's. Carlton was the man behind the One Drop Rhythm, a unique drumming style. He was killed in April, 17, 1987.
