LOL,you're a good guy AIG!Any dummy like me can take life, but saving life takes talent.Thank God for guys like you! My Father taught me how to shoot when I was 7 years old,,10 years later I was a paratrooper,in V.N..When he was dying,he shed but I tear, for the lives he took in WW2.I know I'm rambling but you are a special guy! When push comes to shove a 12 gauge is the best!
@propblast82nd Yeah I'm on the other end of the violence equation. I actually wanted to be military in the worst way but they could not guarantee that I would have a shot at being the kind of physician I am. Although I fix em up, I have absolutely no problem with the bad guys getting what is coming. I have a little different take on good calibers because of seeing the real world effects though. That is part 2. Debating whether or not to post it. Secret knowlege and all.
I did get the opportunity to shoot a 50 Beowulf recently that belongs to my FIL and that gun is a beast. 400-600 grain bullets, with lots of powder behind it. I really believe that inside 200yards for someone who has practiced with the rifle and can handle the recoil, there is not anything that walks or crawls that you could not take down. The gun I shot had a 10 round magazine, so you have several follow up shots available. It's one heck of a brush gun, but costs $1.50-2.00/shot to fire. That'
I am a big fan of the .17 centerfire, 22lr, 223,30-06,308,300WM, 8mm Mouser and 45/70GVT all of which I have good experience with. In pistols I like the .22lr,.22wmr, 357/38,45ACP,45LC, and 454 Casull. Shotguns I like both the 12 GA and .410 GA for different things. I have owned or do own guns in all of those calibers and they all work well. Some of them became prohibitively expensive to shoot so I sold or traded them off for other weapons that made more since for me... But all of those are my

@wb5mgr Would be cool to check one of those out. The cost is a bit crazy per shot so I would have to spend a LOT of money to get good with it.

Okay.
Zombie was formally a turkey, and before that a, orzzizass.
For those from Rio Linda; aka- orzzizass is Horses ass.
Not to mean there aren’t still plenty of turkeys at the office AND orzzizassis.
Now, not so affectionately called zombies.
I think I got it. LOL
But that wasn't what I wanted to say.
I dug the kitchen table chat. We should do this again.
That's wut I wanted to say, 'till I saw Pelosi mentioned. Right away, I thought, --- right back to orzzizass! LOL
