A very awesome song to a very awesome set of clips. My only criticism would be at the end, with the nuclear explosion. I found it a random placement without any context within the flow of the video. Perhaps if you had continued with the scene immediately after Sovereign's destruction, with the piece of debris falling into the COuncil chamber and then stopping at the moment of impact, that would have given, in my opinion, a perfect ending to the song because it would seem more like Shepard died.

AI=Artificial Intelligence. Its the samething as saying a sentient machine. Sentient means "having the power of perception by the senses;conscious. AI means "the ability for for a computer, or in our case a Reaper, to perform operations, learning and decision making like a human". So technically, its the samething.

For clarity, what we would generally consider an AI, a non-sentient machine intelligence, is referred to as a VI (Virtual Intelligence) in this setting.

AI means Artificial Intelligence which exactley means something being intelligent but is artificial or created by man, not nature. VI is something that is meant for help with imprinted data but cannot answer to questions that aren't in its programming. Something like an AI, or like a Reaper can.
