the more easy way to finish this side missions are the boat missions

the beach patrol mission for the boat is in that car. The car is on the island with the malibu club. There are 3 beach patrol missions and they can all be triggered by getting into that car. if you dont get the boat mission, then quit the mission and get in the car again. I hope that helps! :)

You can pass it if you are a cheater! Mega Trainer XL can spawn you 2 helis (Hunter, Sea Sparrow) and if you want to drive a car there, enter the cheat "SEAWAYS"

those missions were kind of easy....I got 100%...anyway i think San Andreas kind of sucks because it has too much cheats and you might say "well dont use cheats" but if you no there are cheats for this game then of course you will use them..all I'm saying is that San Andreas sucks and the original Vice City rules!!!!
