acho que um bom treino seria simplesmente as vezes teres conversas contigo propria em inglês LOOOOL podes pensar que é estupido, mas eu por acaso agora consigo falar inglês quase sempre na boa pq muitas vezes treinei dessa maneira (and no, I'm not a psycho xD) fazia de conta que esta a fazer um vlog ou assim, e pronto, falava sobre tudo o que me vinha a cabeça. and it actually worked x) desculpa o incomodo ^^
