The DOLE is the worst organisation in the UK by far. Everytime I've ever been on the dole which is about 8 times in 10 yrs, the DOLE have fucked up my claim meaning I dont get paid or have to go back and fill in a shit load of forms for a mistake they have made. Then they say 'be 15 mins early, and make you wait for a hour extra. Nowhere is worse, even the foreign call centres that cant undertand a word you say or the people who call you up asking if you will take a 5 min survey are much better.
