Actually Michael, the red head is like a nerdy rocker type who feels left out and becomes friends with the other nerds like Jae and Sanjay. There is nothing stereotypical about this show! Damaris, the Cuban girl is the bookworm who is shy and reclusive...(and not a "hot latina") Ha HA

Oh my god... Why, why, why. 80's child that I am, this stuff is all I freaking grew up on. Why is the white kid always the "curious" or ambitious one that gets into trouble? Why not make him the nerdy bookworm type or the obsessed gamer? In their effort to abolish stereotypes, they only perpetuate them...
