That's Becket's old teammate, Keegan. In the middle of one of Becket's missions, Keegan gets into a sort of trance, and you have to follow him. It turns out he found Alma and fell in love with her. When he found out she liked Becket more, he was furious and decided to kill him. Judging by how he tried to kill you, i'd say he was killed sometime when he was with Alma.

Alma never really tried so much to kill you, if she wanted to kill you, you'd be dead.

There was originally 1 Alma (a girl) who had 2 kids (The alma with a dress and the naked one thats something like 15 and the small one is roughly 8 i think it is). The older one got most of the moms telepathic powers (mom transfered them to her) a bit after her death and gave little alma some of the powers.

And alma isn't actually dead, like i said, they are just the original's daughters

This is similar to what happened with Sonic, they could have let him die with dignity like they should have, but they dragged it out and now you have a "Werehog". :/
