I realised later on that when id checked it over and set the throws etc i had not checked the servo reverse, It rolled left slightly so when i put right aileron on it was actuly left! so it was upside down with no airspeed!
This is second time its happened to me with a new plane! my dad did it. with my first plane when i was about ten. Spent ages checking the set up as well.
Better you than me I always say :) 3 mins with the hot glue gun and your back in action.. Good luck!

Try rubbing some Nub Sauce on it next time. It's been said to be helpful.

looks like you need some gorillia glue!!
and next time you hand launch it.. try 1/3 throttle..throw it, then work the speed up slower
