@TheFrankie801 Yes, you are absolutely correct. @lockergnome talks about that and one great suggestion is to not rely on PayPal as your single source or more importantly use them as your bank.
One of the differences between a regular merchant account and PayPal is that with a regular merchant account if a customer initiates a chargeback their banks only deal with that one transaction and can't shut down your bank account. They can hold funds, but this is not the general rule.
They can freeze your account for weeks if anything goes wrongs PayPal is broken but the way they handle things
