  • @sosofayalobie This is the difference between them and others. Also probably why they rose this high so fast. They've been at it for like a bit over a year and they aren't that far to 100k subs. Not everyone can do that. They give good advice and they are entertaining. This is the recipe to success.

  • @njicaart yeah, if you wanna be skinny and ripped. I did that last summer and I shrunk big time. Lost alot of muscle. I prefer sitting on my exercise bike at a medium pace. Thats enough if you're watching what you eat. Got my size back and still low body fat :)

  • @weepaul666 dunno bro, my HIIT workout is jumping rope in combination with 12-15 repetitions of sprints for about 80meters... and it works for me... i didnt lose muscle... and burn a lot of fat... doing this about 25min [ MAX ] ... but ofc... this is my workout between March and September, early morning on empty stomack...... Winter time im only on bulking :)

  • Hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my friend got detailed Six pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

I started 1 min jumping 30 secs resting for a total of 15 minutes jump roping I've never sweated so much and felt so GOOOOOD my whole life you guys the bomb man..   • yeah i can do about 8 sets of 1min 30 seconds skippin and have about 1 min rest between each set and if you keep at it everyday constantly wich is the most difficult part of loosing weight is the consitancy and dedication you will loose weight with in the first month

  • Jump rope is king, especially a 'speed rope'. Try to land softly. A studio wooden floorcis best. Something a bit springy. Concrete shocks the achilles. U might get tendonitis. Wear sneakers w' spongy heels. Also beware ur elbow joints for rsi. A mat to jump on is great, so is using 'orthoheel' in your shoes. Never skip barefoot.

    I just discovered all your hysterical videos and I've been watching them all for the last few hours laughing away.

    Anyway, this particular video gives me hope as I was hit by a van over one year ago and packed on a lot of weight. My doctor told me I couldn't work out as I had a head injury. I'm having a hard time getting back into exercise but the jump rope sounds like a good way to ease myself back into working out.

  • Can jumping jacks or skipping do the same thing? I have been following a Tracy Anderson (Hollywood trainer) routine on the treadmill that involves skipping, hopping and leaping on the treadmill. I've lost 5 lbs over 2--3 weeks doing that for 45 min/day and eating cleaner. Should I keep doing this or abandon it in favor of jumping rope?

  • @sullyjr20 You better do your cardio after you workout. Maybe you should do your stuff at the gym and when you get home, grab your jumping rope and do your cardio. Those 3 days are supposed to be full rest days so I wouldnt do that, you would out of energy in no time.
