@IcePapayaMs That's why. I hate to break it to yah, but once you enable cheats certain achievements, like this one, get blocked. In order to unblock the achievements, you either have to:

A: Load up a save file before you used the cheats.

or

B: Start a new game.

ive just done this on my first try.

make sure u are maxed out on ammo and kevlar vest.

then head towards the cluccin bell in the triangle.

shoot everybody in this place with ur shotgun.

then make ur way to the kitchen, it a door which can swing both directions.

there is a small patch of wall where u can lean onto, having great vision on the incoming cops from outside. shoot every bastard which comes in.

its real easy this way, and alot of fun. the only thing is.... make it out alive!!

Easier way to do it (has to be done before Three Leaf Clover) is to get a helicopter in the tours place in Algonquin, fly over Alderney, and just keep flying around until you get the achievement.

heres a tip...i just saw this vid today..and i did the same thing..but instead of granades take molotovs...they are far underrated...

u can just throw one at the door every once in a while...and the cops just run into there and burn..so u dont even have to shoot them...

Go to Roman's apartment in Manhattan (NOT the playboy apartment).

Shoot people outside until you have 3-4 stars, then run inside and use grenades/RPG from behind cover to hold off the incoming cops until you have 6 stars. Then run straight to the elevator and wait for as long as you want inside the apartment. You are completely safe from the cops, as they have no way of reaching you.

You can stay there as long as you want, when you are done just sleep on the bed and you lose all your stars.
