I don't think that laughter during a private private phone conversation should affect the sentence of a crime. I also don't think that remorse, or lack thereof, should be a factor in criminal trial either. I am not very good at expressing my emotions, and it troubles me to think that I might receive unfair treatment in a court of law because of this.

Laughter is not necessarily indicative of lack of remorse. It can often be a sign of nervousness. I am prone to inappropriate, nervous laughter. I don't think that laughter during a private private phone conversation should affect the sentence of a crime. I also don't think that remorse, or lack thereof, should be a factor in criminal trial either. I am not very good at expressing my emotions, and it troubles me to think that I might receive unfair treatment in a court of law because of this.

Ive seen plenty of documentaries like Locked Up, were their goal is to get ratings by making things seem worse than they are. Even than the woman prison was so kush. There would be a couple fights, but no huge gang brawls, murders, and separate wings just to keep people from being killed like in mens prison.

All those things and more take place in women's prisons. While some things MIGHT be more common in men's, again that is made up for by things that men never have to worry about.
