  • Do you know of a place in New Zealand that can do these mods?

  • I'm looking for the supercharger mod for my 2008 Wrangler X with a V6. Can you tell me where I can find that in Arizona? Steve jump9@mac.com

  • Hey RIPPMODS... How much would a kit like this be for a 2008 JK?

  • @ericsanchez2005 $3995.95 rippmods dot com

  • I really like what you have done to her.

When I'll have some money I also would like to give her more power......mine is still all original. Anyway, she looks really nice man!

  • so your saying the stock 3.8 has 140 whp? i thought the stock 3.8 had 200..

  • Because 205 Crank HP is not HP rated at the wheels.... when you DYNO test the 205 CRANK HP you get 137 Rear Wheel HP (whp). When you add the 35-37" tires, surprise - you get 118whp.... We bring you back you to 235whp - which is nearly 300 crank - which then moves the 35-37" tires a lot easier and generally get better gas mileage... ;)

  • @4wd2080 It is a minivan motor! Just a badass minivan motor! They shouldve kept the TJ's 4.0 inline 6!

  • original rubicon tires are 32.5", why did you used 31" instead

  • Correct, however our original test mule was an X and came with 31's. Both 31 and 32 yield the same power

  • not really shit head

  • sounds like a jealous person is trolling youtube

  • Man that Jeep sounds great with the turbo. I want one!. Need money though LOL

  • thats alot more hp

  • my 2002 gets 13 to the gallon...im still in high school with no job and cant keep it filled up...it sux

  • nice, but i hope its not a daily driver it must get 10 mpg now

  • Actually it gets better gas mileage than stock because the blower leans out the redundantly rich tuning from Jeep. We've seen as much as 6 more mpg around town. It really depends on how you drive and your set up.

  • sweet i wont one for my cherokee :)

  • I have an 08 rubicon unlimited. i was going to buy the supercharger from your site, but man its waayy to expensive for a supercharger vortec superchargers are half the price of the ripp charger why is it so expensive?

  • This system comes pre-programmed with all the electronics and option like a blow off valve. There are parts that are heavy duty like our bearings and hardware. Kits from Vortech that are half price are hardly as optioned and are typically "tuner kits" which require the end user to "fill in the blanks" which then typically ends up blowing the engine up. We did 33000 miles of real world testing before launching the system into the market.

  • how much for a kit???

  • Complete kits pre-tuned retail for $4900.00 they go on sale from time to time in a limited quantity and guys jump all over them. Hit our user name and them link to our website, we've sold over 300 kits.

  • doesnt it come with 202hp stock

  • Well... yes and no, it rated at 202HP, ehich means the engine makes 202HP with no transmission, ac, power steering or JEEP attached to it. Once you install it in the truck it only makes 130 Wheel HP (WHP), which is actual power you drive everyday. We bring it up to 230whp.

  • where can i get one?

  • You can go to our user profile and click our home page you'll find more info there.

  • how much do they costs? And do you have to change anything like the gears? Thanks

  • These cost $4799.95 complete, we've sold 40 systems world wise with zero run issues.

You don't have to change anything, gears are tire dependent, if you run to large a tire and to small a gear the stock computer goes crazy.

You can go to our user profile and click our home page you'll find more info there.

  • We have now completed 26000 miles the last 9-11k on 8psi... no sign on compression loss, detonation or power loss on comparison DYNO from when we first started.... running like this? well to be fair we have guy running our Mitsubishi kit for over 100k miles and that engines weaker than this... so a long time.

  • i know i ripped on your burnout but nice job with a stock exhaust! id like to know the life expectancy on the block with that mod lol
