We had a large judgment that Court Cash claimed they would handle for us when we signed up for the program. They never did ANYTHING to make this happen. After numerous efforts to contact Al Schweitzer I finally hired an attorney to get my money back. Schweitzer's approach seems to be to string you along past the official 30-day refund period then the training tanks so they can try to claim you aren't entitled to a refund.

Al Schweitzer and Court Cash did not live up to their promises! The training was very haphazzard and was handled by his alleged ex-wife Petra. After the first couple of sessions she rarely ever made the scheduled calls. We would have to track her down which sometimes took weeks. She would reschedule with us and then miss the call again. At one point we didn't hear from her nor could we reach her for over a month. Members of her chatroom were asking where she was!

Yes, you can make a boat load of money doing this. BUT, you must properly screen these judgments to make sure they are doable. You don't want judgments that are not doable taking up your time. I have been enforcing judgments now for 8yrs. I don't split 50/50, instead I buy them for 10 cents on the dollar and enforce them and keep all the money.
