  • btw michelle is a fuckin munter

  • get a fuckin nokie 3310. top of the range.

  • LOL! The crappy foreign Diamond. Get a CDMA one.

  • Video calling on mobile is like a crap.

u can use ur laptop instead for high quality video communication. u can use ur mobile as a data modem. is that very same technology makes people insane. if u r ready to buy a mobile of that price tag why cant u go for laptop. video calling, very big hd screen and every thing u want

  • @thezionist7 but bulky to carry around and requires wifi if not 3g which will STILL use up all u r data.

  • and apple pretends to invent something:

“People have been dreaming about video calling for decades”.

  • @jmans25 i was just thinking the same thing b 4 i even read ur comment ..lol

  • wow.. this is like facetime.. .just.. older ... thats spucky

  • Voice = crap

    Video = crap

    ease of use = crap

Advantage over Facetime = 3g availability.

  • @yasir25119918 why the hell would i want to use a mobile phone if am in a place like work or home where i can just use my laptop and a webcam to have a video chat?

    Facetime is kind of useless.

  • cool..nice

  • why is it that in Asia , arabia states and European countries have video calling but the us does not. really why! are they really late in telecommute technology

  • lol what i don't get is that, even in Australia (where we've had convenient video calling for years now) the news is treating the video calling feature on the iPhone as "new" and you can only use it on fucking wifi! I havn't had any quality issues with Three's video calling on my N73 FUCK YOU APPLE, and just as much the fucking sheepish media!!!

  • @djlobb Apple's implementation is superior to the crap 64 kb/s video you have using h.263 video codec. (old codec) Nokia sucks and so do you. Apple has video chat using High Resolution, not two mini boxes on a screen with shit audio.

  • @Ryguy1450 Yes but this is from like two years ago. Apple finally gets a camera in the front. Wow... you have to remember that its only Wifi Wifi=home :( Cellular Data=Anywhere :)

  • now you know the power of Windows phone. Iphone or android can't even do this because they are stuck to there wifi connection LOL...

  • we've had video calls on Three mobile for years in the UK!

  • Video calling is available as of 12/01/09 via Fring on high end Nokia phones running latest symbian OS.

  • Why is this wonderful technology is being censored in the USA

  • rly?

  • just use ; for website post instead of . and it will allow you to post it!

  • Question, what if the other person say has an Iphone or another phone that supports video display but doesn't have a front camera, would they still be able to see your side streaming video?

  • Americans do not know what they are missing!

Most Asian countries including China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan all have cellphones that can make video calls for some time already. And AT&T Iphone 3G? LOL.

  • we know what were missing. we just wish we werent missing it

  • It's nice to be a Maasai.

  • @lavidalocaliving - I know all too well what we're missing! I'm in Seattle & I wanna see my nephew in Australia, but Steve Jobs is concerned with the American market & clearly, if you've ever experienced US cell phone companies - you know for sure that the average American consumer is a RETARD. This is why the iPhone can't make video calls & it is driving me crazy! Grrrrrrr

  • @lavidalocaliving now i know what im missing

  • @lavidalocaliving i have this and i'm in america xD

  • @lavidalocaliving The video calling has been araound but if you noticed nobody in Asia uses it because it does not work as advertised.

  • Someone post the website.

Forget all the legal mumbo jumbo. That is what screwed up the world now. legal crap.

  • i hope AT&T had video call. i have the nokia n79 us 3g version though.

  • hahah here in Philippines we have that now lol! my Nokia N82 to my cousin's Nokia N95!! hahah video calling is sooo coool!

  • The website and all info is under my name. CHECK IT OUT. unlimited everything.. $79 a month, no contract or credit check.

  • This option will be in the US on July 1st. This will not let me publish a website, so i cannot show you. but its coming. I am a distributor.

  • Comment removed

  • my diamond has no videocall option, and at first eye i cant see the front camera. :S

  • most diamonds dont have the camera

  • well only the unlocked versions of the diamond. and pro have the camera but its basically useless in the U.S. its only supported in like asia and europe. their wayyy smarter than us dumb americans

  • can this work in the United States?

  • we dont support this yet. Japan and Europe has us beat by half a decade. 3G for us is still a new territory.

  • the quality is not very good but it will become hd in the future and we will take it for granted. but this it for now.

  • oh man we need that video calling support here in the bahamas!! i hate having these high end phones and cant use all the features

  • Can Someone Tell me How i can Call With the 3g,from a Nokia N95?

  • How much does it cost to get that Feature?????

  • bad sound quality :D i think it's because of that htc because n95 doesn't have so bad sound quality. by the way, i can call video calls but i have only make that 3 times.

  • Nice video. `This makes me want both phones. I found this video looking for a comparison between the Diamond and the N95.

I can get either for same price.. (519\USD)

    Which should I get?

  • i have both and i can easily tell u that iv loved the n95 more, no questions about it, htc is good but u just cant beat a nokia

  • N95 THE VEST he goot all tings , wireles internet etc windows softwares , msn messenger etc etc

  • i have an n95, its nice when i got it like 3 years ago, and its still one of the best phone around but when i have something for too long, no matter how good it is, i need a change from it.

  • pity the sound sucks

  • fortunately video calling over VoIP is already available in the US. I have a Nokia N95 with VoIP. I can make and receive unlimited calls to US and 8 other countries at a one low flat rate includes video calling but the video calling is currently under development and will be available really soon. for more info let me know

  • Unfortunately video calling over 3G is not supported by any US network at the moment

  • a pox on the US network. Voip will work fine tho.

  • The US slacks behind in everything.

come on Brazil is running eco-friendly cars.

and its just now the US is entering the 3G world, and we still dont have tv on our phones im moving to Japan screw this lol

  • will the video calling function be available on the models coming to the usa? more specifically the verizon model?

  • i have no probs with that as far as she is available for me anytime... but why's ur ass on fire DICK

  • Great video, surprised though that those looser apple fan boys haven't started finding some shit to say to console themselves for having the icrap, hahah

  • good for mid night sessions with my gf when i'm traveling .. ;)

  • Damn. The future of phones is video calls @_@

  • 2 rats :)))

  • is the video phone completly free or do you have to pay for the internet or something like that?

  • you pay for services, like 7,8 bucks more

  • Can you not make the video of the person you are calling fill the full screen?

  • 0_o

  • Wooooow nice!!!!
