There is no such thing as a "private" organization. I asked w an evangelical agency to help me with my kids. They bribed, lied, threatened, kept me from weekly visits for 8 months, even tho it was within my rights as there mother. I thought it was a private agency. They are the same. :/

If you are the victim of domestic violence and as a mother you call the Police for help,trying to protect your children and yourself, without an investigation ..when the domestic violence case approaches the stage of plea / conviction phase, the county will sue the mom for custody WITHOUT an investigation. I hope we all know by now, that the Birth Certificate is a signed document by the Mother to turn the child over as a ward of the state. The state just looks for a reason to find parental wrong doing to take the child over. It's all legal and there is not a lot you can do.

Of course the government owns your baby. Wasn't your baby issued a property number when he or she was born? Don't look too closely or you'll notice that they own YOU too. Did you actually think that they gave you that number to make YOU secure? That number keeps track of EVERYTHING in your life. Hunting, fishing,business, driving licenses ALL require it. Banking, Legal matters contracts all require it . In college it becomes your school ID number. Do you still feel secure?

99% of the time the parent is shit and deserves it. There is a reason my parents were never contacted by CPS, not just dumb luck.

Most important, sending complaint letters is not going to work 99.99999% of the time. You need to hire a lawyer & sue. No other way to get these people because in their department they don't answer to no one. The whole Health & Human Services is in the fraud corruption. Pharmaceuticals are the #1 financer of taking childre. Two thirds of the children are drugged with psychiatric drugs. 3 to 10 different medications at once.

Not alot of time to watch the whole thing, but CPS stole a family member, no warrant, and the family court judge was proud to announce there were no constitutional rights in his court. Further more the Governor of our great state has stuck his head in the sand. He needs to go back to Hollywood. He's uesless here.

I can attest to this womans plight.Anyone can report you and the CPS will not disclose the informant.I'm a very good parent and I've dealt with CPS a few times.Turns out that an anonymous individual continually reported unknown fraudulant accusations.I've learned since that an anti gun Liberal wished to make my unreachable firearms a child abuse case.She's at the Watervliet High School,in Watervliet,NY.I would not have let CPS take my kids.I most certainly would've used one if they persisted.

The law states that a child must be in "imminent danger from serious bodily harm" in order to be removed from home and a Police Warrant is necessary. Neither of these laws were followed. I wasn't even home at the time. The police officer was trying to teach Jenny a lesson.
