icebabeVJ, thanks for the tutorial, i tried this and it worked, theres just one problem, the subtitles are appear like 20 seconds before the actual dialogue is heard, so i don't know if there's any way to fix that or i don't know if i dide something wrong, please reply.

I did this tutorial and it worked like it was supposed to. Except the actual AVI was different from the VOB file in that the AVI had missing parts...

I get the same error. Additionally a pop-up window opens up and says that there are too many PGO (=>500) or something like that and the process is terminated. Any clues? Thanks.
