Maybe you are confusing F-35 (capable of a Max of 1,6 mach , still to

be assessed in flight test and not any supercruise) vith f-22, that is

a pure fighter, I don't knev about Su-34, but i've seen video of fellov Su-35 doing Cobras and Hooks vith full load .

I'm not so sure about electronics also, as Su-34 radar is a HUGE main PESA

or AESA radar paired and so it can compensate with sheer dimension and multisensor ability, the finer tecnologìcal level of smaller F-35's one .

stealth is a great tecnology but is costly and to function needs all weapon to be carried internally

For F-35 it means TWO 2000lbs (907 kg) bombs and 2 amraam, Harm are actually too long to fit.

Su-34 will carry an hella lot of bombs and missiles and can be ecquipped with an Jamming pod like Prowlers as a standard ecquipment and still will cost much less...

yes. but you could at it look like this. fully armed SU can't fly faster then speed of sound (drag from weapons), so you have slow and sluggish jet, meanwhile fully armed f-35 is fast (supercruise) and agile plane. and f-35 is electronically superior to any russian fighter.

Military technology gets recycled for civilian purposes. As for the cost of maintaining such planes - it's actually pretty cheap compared to what you get out of it. Countries need defense - simply because humans sometimes disagree to the point where violence will be the way to solve the dispute, and it's every nation's responsibility to make sure they come out on top in such disputes.

Look at the front end of an F-111. Long duck billed nose to increase forward visibility, high side by side seating to increase the camaraderie and teamwork between pilot and b/n. This aircraft can do air to air but it's primary mission is ground target destruction. Both are fast, both can carry heavy armament loads, both are designed for long range missions.

They are both built in a heavy sturdy fashion to increase reliability.

This is an excellent aircraft, and it does borrow from the past.
