Well playing the wrong chord is a major fuckup. Ive never heard Alexi playing a wrong chord in any show.

But I think its also pretty weak to mess up the lyrics - he also does it sometimes in Ensiferum. For me that only shows that he gives a shit about lyrics.

@Benteiron Dude he is playing just some pussy chords while he fucks up. There is no special ryhthym no odd timing, simply nothing. Maybe he was drunk as hell but even that wouldnt be an excuse :D

Singing and playing complex riffs at the same time is very hard, but norther is no good example for that. Check out some Necrophagist shit, thats some crazy singin and guitar playing at the same time!

That's completely true, and a live show for me is more about the atmosphere in my opinion, if they mess up a chord or a note, the crowd will ignore it (unless it's a complete fail) and norther nails most of their live performances with both atmosphere and music!

@Stevemcsteve Alexi tends to play whatever the fuck he feels like live and that's a bit annoying, but he has shown pretty damn good accuracy on certain shows (ie when he feels like playing the actual song and not a wankfest)

@adriankalebra666 True story, Alexi's lyrics do suck quite a lot most of the time, but then again that's not the point of Bodom, is it =) And yeah, he is somewhat sloppy live, but what I hate is the parts of the songs he changes completely, I especially dislike how he plays Lake Bodom's intro live. Other than that, Bodom's songs aren't easy so that could probably serve as an excuse, still I see your point.
