  • Things are falling apart because of RETARDS like you and every other idiot that supported the invasion on Iraq. Which had nothing to do with 9 11.

  • MILLIONS of childrens lives destroyed to save them from Saddam and the weapons of mass destruction sold to him by the USA and Briton. Lindsey is one of the very few American newscasters who puts her life on the line and tells the truth unlike the bought and paid for garbage that is on television. She risks her life going into warzones, unlike the talking heads reading from teleprompters. Awesome woman.

  • she sounds like a sheep but looks like a FOX !

  • What a courageous woman!

  • This WHORE tries to justify why she will ONLY ever report on the bad side of things in such a drawn out and confusing manner.

Why doesn't she just say it, if you talk about explosions and death, it sells more papers.

    END OF STORY.

  • @The1stPoster

I hope you are proud of your comments about Laura Logan .

Move to Israel with your Kosher face people.

  • love her! r-e-s-p-e-c-t!!!!

  • she is a really hot journalist and plus

  • Why don't you come here to the US and report on the job creation her since your messiah came to power, bitch. Also, I bet she's out of a job now. You don't even see reporting from Iraq anymore since Obama got elected..I wonder why. CNN is biased. You see it everyday in the jobs reporting and the economic reporting.

  • We need news with ZERO bias, no more Fox, no more CNN, is this even possible anymore? Very sad...

  • @EvilSlyGuy Yes...It's possible and happening right in front of your face. Citizen research, and reporting of the bullshit we are sold everyday! It's right here on the YT!

  • @un4g1v3n1 I understand what you mean but we need a news source that's unbiased, reputable and informative, not random incorrect information handed out by quacks on YT.

  • @EvilSlyGuy And which source is it that you are implying is this unbiased, reputable, and informative news source? This should be interesting...

  • @AKSBSU Yes, it is interesting.. nice attitude.. I implied we need a unbiased, reputable news source.. never said one was already out there..

  • We need more Lara Logans in this world. Passionate journalist who actually do their job.

  • Ahahaha, you kidding?

They are actually blamed her for reporting the news.

  • Sorry, can't understand what she's saying through this darned erection.

  • she IS hot, but a leftie who sides with Arabs all the time. Her bias is as obvious as her boobitude.

  • @nomadnametab everyone has a bias dude. That doesn't make her opinion less credible. That's like saying, "She has a perspective, therefore we she's not trustworthy" I rather have the bias of a journalist who actually reported in Afghanistan.

  • She knows how to share a fox hole, too.

  • okay here is it

    cnn-liberal bias

cnbc-bribed bias by companies ex jim cramer

    msnbc-liberal bias

    fox-libertarian/conservative bias

  • Communist News Network

  • water and electricity??? BORRRRRING....did anyone die?

    Biggest news = Worst news

  • she spent too much time in Iraq. a pretty woman outside the Western bubble. it tends to fry your mind after a while.

  • OOPS the war in iraq isnt a fairy storey so sorry america fuckin morons send that radio dj onto bahgdad st without body armour or gaurds bitch lol logans raging hope she grabs her when she gets back to usa

  • fuck this nobody know the true just the soldiers does

  • Laura Logan is a cunt and a liar. She knows the effect her and her fellow liberals have had warping public perception about Iraq...Why did reporting nearly cease the moment it was clear we were winning in Iraq?

  • whoooo cunt liar what you think iraq war is some computer game thousands are dead thats war dumb yank shes reportingthe truth go and check arlington cemetery every fuckers dying us uk soldiers civilians terrorists police army if you dont like war reports dont fucking invaded countrys and kill people for oil americans make me sick you love invading and cry like babys the second they see dead americans yet its ok to kill palestinians or for people in africa south america to be murdered

  • I have moved on to FOX News & other news outlets & sources of information.

  • Well, Miss Logan's statements have been proven wrong thrice over - at least in regards to CNN. Rick Sanchez, Roesgan, Roland Harris are all guilty of having demonstrated their bias.

  • The media would much rather report negative news. If anyone disputes this....they are living in fantasy land. I'm no longer upset about this - it's just the way it is. But I wonder how many other Americans buy into only what they hear and read about in the media. So many are quick to judge. Too many have no patience. And having faith seems like an abstract concept. The media continues to be an enemy to our country, just to increase profits. Shame on them!!!

  • The liberal media is an embarrasment to this country! At least when the BBC gets caught in a lie they they had to apologize to the queen but that doesnt stop them either!

Other countries are laughing at us, and the media tries to blame it on Bush. They are a Disgrace!!!

  • Yeah, but its not surprising considering most countries around the world are becoming increasing liberal and hateful against conservative views.

  • omg countrys becoming liberal the bastards what next freedom of speech democracy grrrrr

  • she said she cant go to the good things in iraq because the military has to move them there, and they cant impose like that.

and she reports the bad things because those are things that she asks the soldier, most of the time, what happened? so while the soldiers are keeping the children in the area, or anything else good going on in the country of iraq safe, she knows they arent looking to fill out interviews.

cnn is not negatively biased nor have huge scandals like FOX, who is unreliable

  • DOWN with CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, (even fox), and all the one-sided media and newspapers!!!

Don't watch and read the news because it is one-sided. The news is no longer balanced in AMERICA.

    Journalism died during this election!!!

  • DOWN with CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, and all the liberal media and newspapers!!!

    Journalism died during this election!!!

  • So while Laura has been enduring her hell in Iraq, she has miraculously impregnated. ???

    Wow, what a story.

  • CNN reporters, with the exception of John King, and, perhaps, Wolf Blitzer, appear to be completely biased to Obama!

  • They are, I have never seen such kissing up in my life to anyone. All news shows are supposed to show both sides (be non-partisan) - but the majority of news stations (CNN, MSNBC, Good Morning America, CBS, etc) are liberally biased. The sad thing is that you are called, by Democrats and liberals, a liar and yet they call the people on Fox News (which, admittedly, is more conservative) liars. Hypocrites to the core.

  • "there isn't any good news coming out Iraq"

No, there's actually tons. It's uproariously ironic that your comments are (unbeknownst to you) a primary result of the media bias they discredit. Tired as the argument may be, it continues to ring true.

  • tons of good news?? good news for who? the corporations making huge profits? or the families of the dead & injured solders?

All the innocent people getting killed?

Lets see your "tons" of good news.

This reporter is in Iraq, where are you?

  • Her logic is flawed. She says that she cannot report on the good things going on such as school reconstruction because she cannot be at the ground breaking ceremony or on the scene personally. Yet at the same time, she's not there when every road-side bomb goes off or a soldier dies, and she's perfectly able to put pen to paper and report on it. If she's aware of the reconstruction projects, then she has a journalistic duty to report them accordingly, from first-hand experience or not.

  • WOW, she's a danger to the establishment. Intelligent, ambitious and a maverick. We need more like her. Imagine how the American news media would be if it was owned, operated and staffed by people who think and see things the way that she does. Ms. Lara Logan is one of a very few U.S. news journalists that I respect and gain my full attention when ever I hear her voice.

  • I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW HOT SHE IS!!!

  • god damn those liberal facts! how dare reality be liberal! grrr...

  • snap shes hot

shes also angry at being called a traitor on nat tv

  • interesting, im doing a report on media bias on iraq this is a good viewpoint...thanx for uploading

  • I dont see much difference with cnn. If Hillary had allowed Ferraro to go unpunished for her brief comments, she would have been hung out to dry. However, Obama continues to embrace someone who publicly espouses to and preaches some pretty deep felt horrible beliefs that are one step short of what alqaeda is saying about the us. Yet, he is applauded for another great speach only this time he turns this into a race issue. What the &^%$?

  • Anyone who's actually watched one of President Bush's press conferences from start to finish and watched CNN, NBC and Fox News later that day for a recap could not defend CNN or NBC's supposed unbiased perspective...period. That said, plenty of you will say you've done so and call me a right wing (insert extremest term here) for saying this. : )

  • Well guess we now know she was full of shit.

  • there is a hypocrite.

    there is a lier.

and there is som1 who refuses 2 C the truth.

    which are you?????

  • Your semi-literate "txt spk" undermines your point.

  • hahaha "for 8 days!"... (smirk) - Lara Logan

  • @dwrhecktic i agree

  • "IGNORANCE IS BLISS!"

  • Lara Logan is better suited to be on "girls gone wild" than to be reporting the news... She's pretty hot, but that's about all she has to offer... :P

  • I guess you think things are going wonderfully for the US in Iraq.Go back to your Faux bullsh*t and keep your head firmly in your a55.The 30year con era has ended, prepare yourself for the pendulum to swing to the liberal/smart side.

  • Oh snap! She really goes off at 3:30. You go girl. And who does that crazy bitch Laura Ingraham think she is? Here she is in the USA, sitting behind a desk, getting pampered. I'd like to see her do what she accuses Lara of not doing. What a freaking hypocrite.

  • She's perfected the art of sounding important without really saying anything.

  • @gwar2006 - To this I can only add a strategically placed "un" and return to sender.

  • "Almost invariably, my perception is that the sensationalistic value of these assessments is what provided the edge that you seek for self aggrandizement or to advance your individual quest for getting on the front page with your stories!" - General Ricardo Sanchez

  • Lara Logan is pretty, smart and brave.

She is one of the best and HONEST jounalist out there.

  • wow she is an unbeliveable woman. Courage...

  • No one is denying war is hell, that's why stories about reconstruction are important. This is left wing bias from a little princess who feels like she needs to make an "impact" on the world because of some resentment from her daddy when he supported apartheid, or something like that. :P

  • Exactly. Of course, she "owns" the truth because she's a good looking, highly paid, pampered journalist who gets her ass kissed everywhere she goes. Just another egomaniac "journalist."

  • American brainwashing doing its best to make Iraq look like a success but u can't fool them every time. Not even when you begin to blame your own lol

Respect to Lara Logan for standing up for herself

  • Lara Logan and Christine Amanpour exhibit left-wing biased reporting, often resulting in several "clarifications" or apologies on numerous occasions.

  • Lara Logan and Christine Amanpour are the most biased news reporters on the face of the earth. Amanpour additionally shows her affinity with terrorist groups by painting them as freedom fighters (is a burka a symbol of freedom?). Her heated exchange with Rumsfeld about military action in Afghanistan (home of the Taliban and Al Qaeda) tells it all.

  • In much of Europe's public debate, the true meaning of human rights has degenerated into a tool that gives anti-Americanism an aura of legitimacy. The real, horrendous human-rights violations in the Middle East, North Korea, China, Cuba, etc., are largely ignored or relegated to news blurs on the back pages. For front-page coverage, you need an American angle

  • Incredibly biased. Totally left-wing

  • She is the goddess of truth.

  • how come u guys can even think that u have a free press...its all under control...every thing wel planned...a controlled environment for u losers to think that u know every thing and r the most civilised democratic nation of the world. this nation is such a great loser...

  • yea go lara logan tell that cracker

  • Blond girl, from South Africa born in 1971 at the peak of the apartheid, hmmm??? I just wander what her daddy did back then, and maybe, just maybe some feelings of guilt might be involved in her personality and reporting. So called reaction formation.

  • If Lara Logan has reaction formation, let us all be grateful that she does. She certainly displays unusual compassion and acumen in her reporting. It is my understanding that she returned to South Africa in 1990 for the purpose of covering the dismantling of aparteid. Certainly a praise-worthy pursuit for a woman raised in that society.

  • Take this test. Make two columns on a sheet of paper, and make a checkmark in the left column every time you hear something negative about a Democratic candidate. Make a checkmark in the right column every time you hear something negative about a Republican candidate. Do this for about a week or so, and see which column grows faster. You'll quickly see where the "bias" is.

  • Ya she does look a lot like Nicole Kidman

  • she could be nicole kidman's sister can she not?

  • They only report on the bad and never the good. then you have brain washed idiots that think there is nothing good coming out of Iraq. Just cuz CNN is not reporting on it, doesnt mean its not happening. Always watch both sides. investigate. Its your job as a citizen!

  • cnn still so damned 1 sided in their reporting

  • Another worthless bed wetting drive by media liberal piece of shit!

  • I'm surprised CNN hasn't dropped her yet, considering their always-shabby war coverage.

  • I though she is with CBS not CNN...

  • "Hint there isn't any" Yeah the fuck right! My cousin just came back and he said he is apalled by the media's coverage. Yes there is lots of bad things happening but..and listen carefully....IT'S A WAR! He tells me things are getting better all time day by day. And when I finish High School I'm planning on joining the army. And If I am called to Iraq, I'll be more then happy to serve my country.

  • Um yeah there is good news from there. ANOTHER one of my buddies just came home from there on leave! He had to take his football shoes there etc... you are ignorant if you don't knowthere is more good than bad there!

  • she's gorgeous and smart.

  • Communist News Network: "Well who says things aren't falling apart here in Iraq?" "What about all the American soldiers that died this week that you didn't see on our screens?" "We can't report on one village [that benefits] and ignore all the other villages."

This witch needs to be put in an orange jumpsuit and tried for sedition! She knows she did wrong and she is just making crap up to deny the fact that she is a seditious witch! Can't get to a location? Interview someone on a hotel balcony!

  • long live BBC!!!

  • shes hot. i think her portrayal of iraq is accurate, but its hard 4 me 2 take her seriously cause she looks just like a girl i once f**ked n a gangbang

  • more journalists have died in Iraq than Vietnam, the Baker bi-partisan Iraq Study Group said the news coming out of Iraq has been watered down, an example was one month the Pentagon claimed 98 attacks in Iraq, the truth there were over 10,000 attacks

  • Yeah, she kicks ass!

  • NoGuff, check your history. Germany declared war on the on the United States on December 11, 1941. that's why we attacked them. Don't cite history if you don't know it

  • Well as they say..A good scapegoat is almost as good as a solution..Blame CNN for your iraq blunder!Lol!

  • Lara Logan made valid points about media reports from Iraq, but she didn't deny that there were positive stories in Iraq, rather she excused the omission of those stories from news coverage, hence the 99.9% negative coverage from Iraq.

  • Did she say her name was Toyko Rose?

  • typical remark from a someone with a limited perspective

  • she sounds smart, and is hot! I'll give her 8 days!

  • mmmm, beautiful woman with a brain

  • I like hot chicks who tell the truth

  • she owns

  • i think im in love

  • Most of America is nieve about war. The problem rests with using the military as a police force. When I was in boot camp (VietVam Era Veteran) I was taught to kill people and break thing. We still train the same way. These men and women are not cops. She is one of the few reporters that gets it straight.

  • She was rad. She should be running the show.

  • lara i love u , who got the balls ? its the females !

    cut him down this moderator.

make ur people think by themselfes !

bushs government is supposed to die, even with ma own hands

  • A very beautiful AND very honest woman. ~US Army CPT in Iraq

  • "last time reporters were here we were attacked"

looks like a pattern. Terriosts arent dumb.

  • God she is soo hot, I hope she doesn't get hurt. She is also right.

  • Agreed Eelowe... people are so stupid these days. She wouldnt say that though, even if she knows it. Political Correctness Zealots over at CNN would never let her.

  • Maybe its dangerous because you are not a muslim? Do you think its only because you're a reporter? A white, blonde, blue eyed reporter?

  • Yet another ultra-left wingnut spewing her screed on a ultra-left news channel that thanks God everyday that MSNBC, ratings-wise, still exists.

  • Yes, but she's an ultra-HOT ultra-left wingnut.

  • TV jounalist. If she was a hag she'd be fired. In wwII newsmen were on our side mostly. They didn't complain that the shooting was interfering with coverage.Competition for TV viewers drives her very existance. It would be better for all if she would get the hell out of there and come over to my place where she could do some real good.

  • lol

  • They should send Michelle Malkin and Ann Coulter there and demand they venture about on their own to ensure fair reporting. That would be the first time I would eagerly tune in to Foxnews!

  • Roger: no, al-qaeda did NOT create this Iraq problem, it had nothing to do with 9-11, this was a war of choice, based on lies and even some conservatives have grudgingly half-admitted this. There are extremely small numbers of foreign terrorists-in-training there (entered after war was created), otherwise this is civil war and a war against USA occupiers. Even Bush has said he wouldn't like if his country was occupied.

  • can you smell the money?

  • smart, intelligent, beautiful too... dam... hear her out... she is right about one thing. the media is ran by the government not to freak the people here out... the government knows the truth would hurt the people in so there for the government will have to cover big things...

  • And to think, CBS has that $40m fluff cake as their new news anchor. Ms Couric and her new exec friends at Viacom would wet their pants if they were ever in the places this woman has been. Lara Logan has more journalistic integrity then anything sitting in a major media newsroom in the good old USofA.

  • Cooter - But you're a Liberal. How can you come down so hard on CBS (you remember, the ones who brought you the "documents" that were "genuine")? Next thing you know you'll be badmouthing the NYTimes (you know, the ones who reveal national secrets to our enemy).

  • How do you know what I am? The terms "liberal" or "conservative" are meaningless; as in many "conservatives" seem to be quite "liberal" spending taxpayer's money on pork-barrel interests in their states and/or districts - as well as with no-bid contracts to Halliburton. Those terms only mean something to you. Perhaps all "liberals" should have to wear armbands with a big yellow "L" on them for a possible later roundup?

  • cooter - No bid contracts were also given to Haliburton under the Clinton admin. Why is suddenly wrong when a Republican admin. does it? You're also condemning Republicans for doing what your fav Liberal Congressman do with their pork barrel legislation. And arm bands? Typical Liberal!

  • I merely pointed out that there is NO difference between the two. It is you who believes there is a difference. Good luck with your Conservative agenda. Gotta go and see what madcap mayhem Brookers is up to. I find that she makes infinitely more sense than you. BYE

  • cooter - You have it the opposite way. By realizing that both admin. did the same thing, and not making a federal case out of it, I see them as no different. But you obviously have a major problem with it, which is why you brought it up. Why is it Liberals can't even bring reality to a debate?

  • Let's see. She justifies her biased reporting because of the "terrible security situation", preventing her from going where she wishes. So, al Qaeda creates a huge problem, the press only reports on violence because of the danger, and this passes for unbiased reporting? Is that right?

Then, "we can't keep doing the same stories over and over", meaning no "good" news. Yet, they report the same "bad" stories over and over.

Hmm... imagine if they *were* biased, what their reportage might be.

  • Lara Logan is one smooooooth lady!

She was absolutely kicking ass there and speaking the full truth.

    what a woman!

  • Lara has more balls than most grown men.

  • Umm..yeah. Tell that to all the Marines and soldiers over there in Iraq. What an idiot.

  • ...for 8 days... the biatch!!

  • There is a HUGE bias and attack campaign in all of the liberal media against Fox and conservative values. Still I do agree that Fox too does have a bias to the neo-conservative side, but Fox seems to be alone facing this combined attack from the rest of the overwhelmingly liberal media. The more Fox is attacked the more sympathy I have for it and it's people. Even as I don't agree on their stance on the continuing Iraq war.

  • uhhhhh things are falling apart. about time someone spoke up. our damn government cant even rebuild new orleans and we still have a damn hole in new york and you think we can rebuild iraq??? my ass.

  • It's not our government's job to rebuild N.O. Never done it before, even as far back as the old SF earthquake. Even back then 90% of rebuilding funds came from the private sector. No different here. I feel bad for those folks, but 1. they live below sea level, 2. they were told the levees would break under a Cat 4/5, and 3. they were told to leave.

  • We had no business being in Iraq in the first place.

  • She said american soldiers didnt want her to report on positive things happening there coz of her security? lol

I think the real reason is that theres nothing positive in Iraq now!! Im sure iraqis would love to go back to saddams rule.. The us army messed everything in iraq

  • altfm - You must get your "news" from MSNBC, CNN, or the BBC because that's what they report. They leave out the accomplishments of the war effort and the rebuilding effort, both major and minor. Do the "Grapenuts Challenge" and try FNC for a week and see what you find. Just give it an unbiased chance, then make up your mind.

  • "Away from freedom" is from your comment so maybe you could do the explaining! like i said, you would shut up a lot more people if your pro war neocons actually took up post and fought for your country instead of sitting there saying "yes its right we are fighting in iraq, send more troops to sort them out blah blah."

  • What I meant, dum-dum, is how is the Bush Admin. using his "rightwing christian views to sway the masses toward religous war and away from freedom?" Please enlighten me.

  • sorry, i thought the answer to your question on the right wing christian sway towards religious war was OBVIOUS? go on, tell us all which news organisation you used to work for so it can be verified or is that impossible? just like your "Facts"? if the so called WMD which you seem to conveniently forget Rumsfeld saying there arnt any, were really "shipped to other countries" then WHY does Bush not use this? well because its BULLSHIT, dumb dumb!

  • the only way a frustrated man like you can be enlightened is if you had a labotomy. all you can see is the Bush official line and nothing else. wow i thought in this day and age people were a little more intelligent especially since the holes in Bushs excuses for war are becoming so apparent with each passing day but nope, there's still some out there. Some are blind, others just cant see!

  • I'm sorry, can't you read? Go find my message, then move your lips while you read the letters "P-B-S." And while you're at it, how about answering my question? And no to the "Bush official line." I disagree with the Admin. on several things. But the give-in Dems are totally wrong. Typical Liberal, no facts, no answers, only name-calling, whining, crying, etc.

  • lol, i love your mature and refined comments such as "there's the CNN anchor hotties, the endless legs in the morning on FNC, but my fav is Linda Stouffer". a clear sign of a mature individual.

  • Boys will be boys. Or haven't you figured that out by now?

  • altfm, theres lots going on in iraq thats good. roadside bombs are NOT killing as many US soldiers as they are iraqis, saddam is in prison, theres at least 1 hour of electricity everyday for about 30% of baghdads population, theres no more traffic congestion in downtown baghdad and lets not forget, there arnt any WMD's in iraq now!

  • Furthermore Lara has stood her ground with American soldiers, as bombs go off around her, and reported the news to American households. Some of the soldiers even look more frightened than her as she calmy and cooly tells the news in Iraq with nothing to shield her more than a flak jacket. Any reporter that risks their lives to bring you the news, is someone you should respect. Lara Logan has proved that she is a worthy and good reporter.

  • Anyone who stands out in the open during incoming fire is not brave or smart. She may have credentials as a reporter, but any smart person would take cover. The first time we see a live feed and some "brave reporter" stands there and gets beaned in the head will be the last time we see crazy journalists not taking cover. And BTW, she could just as easily do her report after the fighting, but that wouldn't be as sensational, would it?

  • I disagree, for a reporter, you are brave and smart to report what is going on around you when it happens. In fact, that's what you are there for, to report the instant something newsworthy happens. I don't understand how you think cowering in fear promotes smart journalism. That's the opposite bad journalism, and why would you care anyway?

    (Cont'd)

  • She's not risking your life by being out there, she's simply giving you a service which seems you could not do, as you would intend to duck and cover. (Cont'd)

  • Not brave by any means.

It seems certain to me that you do not understand what journalism is to say what you have stated. As a former managing editor of a paper, I can honestly tell you that a good journalist would do what Lara does. Not hide while our soldiers are dying. She knew what risks she'd have to take going out to that war, and she takes them. I commend her.

  • I am a former broadcast journalist (PBS), so I think I'm allowed to have an opinion. Do I have your permission? Taking cover is not the same as "cowering in fear" and isn't what I wrote, nor what I meant. Taking cover is safeguarding your life and should be done when prudent. Standing there in the line of fire (which she didn't do), hypothetically, isn't "brave," but merely fool-hardy in the name of sensationalism.

  • New producers want their journalists to be standing their, presumably in the line if fire, for purposes of sensationalism. And if that person is hit, then all the better for ratings. All journalists and producers know they can make their report after the fighting, but the ratings are so precious that they find the must do stupid things just to keep their jobs. Why else do you see local reporters doing their standups "live from the scene" 12 hours after everybody has left "the scene?"

  • I never said you weren't allowed to have an opinion, nor did I say that you needed my permission, but thanks for putting words in my mouth. Taking cover can be construed as cowardly, especially when other journalists aren't taking cover nor are the soldiers. Like I said, she knew the risks when she went over there. (Cont'd)

  • You don't even have your facts straight, because you are saying she didn't stand in the line of fire, which I know for a fact she did do, because I was watching her report that night. So don't call me a liar, and don't pull stuff out of thin air. (Cont'd)

  • I can agree that sensationalism has taken over most of the news and drives the news more than it should. I can also agree that standing in the line of fire will also be more exciting than if she had cast afterwards, however as I have previously stated, the point of getting news competitively is to report the incident as it occurs if you are able, not to wait around. That is your duty and your job, I can see now why you were a FORMER broadcast journalist. (Cont'd)

  • You accept sensationalism in news, I have little tolerance for it. That's 1 of the reasons I didn't want to get into the "big time" of network news, the very idea made my skin crawl, esp local news, which is a total joke. I, at least, had the fortune of working on PBS, where I found some sanity in the methods & tone. Today, a strong Liberal bias is practically part of the job description, ruining what little objectivity PBS, and news, once had. Looking back, I'm happy I didn't go that route.

  • what are you going to talk about now NoGuff? The latest Senate report has just CONFIRMED that Saddam had no links to al qaeda links which was one of the main reasons for invading iraq! not to mention the now defunct argument that there were WMD's that threatened the US! you neocons have now been exposed as either liars or drones who believe the obvious lies. hey wait a minute does that mean our actions in iraq are illegal??

  • Geez! Do I really have to start all over again with you? Those reason were 2 out of many for going into Iraq.

  • I'm wondering if you and bigdog have figured out yet what an "illegal war" is. You've had a few months now, where is your answer? If you really were a "journalist" you'd at least feel obligated to know.

  • I would just like to point out that as a journalist, Lara Logan has risked her life to report from Iraq. Iraq IS a very dangerous place, and people don't feel safe to walk around there, and the U.S. has been there for a while now. While the soldiers themselves have done an amazing job to try and help the Iraqis, it is a known fact that the government has wasted U.S. taxpayer money and has not handled the Iraq situation well.

    Cont'd

  • It's a WAR ZONE IDIOT! Iraqui people and US troops have to RECONSTRUCTING and FIGHTING Terrorist at the same time....what more do you expect ????

  • There is no "u" in Iraqi, idiot.

  • And for me,there is no "i" in the end of the word Iraque, idiot.

  • Ok .... so you have nothing else to say , instead attacking my spelling huh? .... typical lib.

  • And there's no "i" in "team" so LET'S HUSTLE OUT THERE!

  • It was enlightening hearing the reasons why reporters can't go anywhere to report on the positive things happening there. I just assumed reporters had the option to be embedded with troops, like they did at the beginning of the war. I don't know when this segment was done, but the reporter claims that Laura Ingraham has never been to Iraq. Well in fact she has. I think it was a few months ago. She visited a military base there and got a chance to meet with U.S. and Iraqi soldiers.

  • Yeah! You tell them off! These fucking fat-cat politicians don't have any clue as to what actually goes on, ANYWHERE. Fake ass pigs don't know what they're talking about. Or maybe they do, and they're all just lieing.

  • NoGuff "Fox [has] integrity"? You have got to be kidding me? It looks like you're simply favoring a conservative spin job over a liberal one. I admit that CNN may have not tried it's hardest to cover some of the "good" stories coming out of Iraq, but citing that Fox News is going to present an objective view of the situation is just a blatant lie. Only conservative sheep believe that Fox News actually gives a "fair and balance" presentation.

  • Maybe you could say Fox is "unbaised" then. Because the news isn't being clouded and filtered through the Liberal agenda. I've seen it before, it's so misrepresentative that it could be argued as lying.

  • Yeah because presenting decade old degraded mustard gas as the "WMDs" that rationalized the Iraq war is an "unbiased" presentation of the facts. Please, other news outlets wouldn't touch this because they knew it was nothing more than a GOP spin job, yet fox news had no problem jumping all over it. If fox was as unbiased as you make them appear why would they resort to reporting such an obvious republican misrepresentation?

  • It wasn't a misrepresentation. You wanted WMDs, there they are. Plus a high-ranking officer of Hussein's govt. claimed everything else was shipped out of the country before the invasion. Did CNN/BBC, etc. carry that story? No. Why? Because Pres. Bush CANNOT be right in their view.

  • Are you kidding me? That stuff Fox news tried to pass off as WMDs were only dangerous if you swam in it. Stop eating up everything fox news shoves down your throat. Other media outlets told the truth about this issue, unlike fox which misrepresented the facts to fit their own agenda. Any rational individual is able to see through the fox news spin; it's time you did as well.

  • Well, if they're not WMDs, then let's bury them in your backyard. Okay with you?

  • Listen NoGuff, dont claim to be a journalist if you are this ignorant. if you are deriding sensationalism in the media then what type of hypocrite are you? Fox has the most right wing spin on their news channel its plain for anyone to see. Everyone in journalism knows that Fox is just tabloid rubbish that a lot of the public want because it seems exciting and flashy and is always going on about "being an American".

  • Bigdog, forget about arguing with this person, some are just content to wallow in their own disillusioned and paranoid world that their masters have created for them. WMD? do you mean the stuff that Rumsfeld sold Saddam back in the 80's? are they the chemical weapons that can kill our civilians in our cities? ha, dont make me laugh. if you really were a journalist you would not have made half the comments you posted here, you are no more a journalist than i am Jeb Bush!
