I think that it's almost only your mind playing games with u . One thing is that u must really try HARD ! focus all of youe energy on the goal ahead !
and if the resturants that u go to dont have any of the food that ur "allowed" to eat , stay home :) watch a movie and eat your cucumbers as a snack :)
Yes but if I don't go out to eat with friends then I will not have a social life, I'm a social person!!! I don't want people to think that they will have to eat what I am eating or make special accommodations just for me.

Try exercising with you diet. And be creative with your raw food diet. There are many recipes that 'll make you forget you're eating raw food.
Play with your spice! Don't think of the weigh loss, just think of the experience.
You feel better when you eat regular food because Humans like warm food. We heat our food to about blood temperature. Because Humans are meat eaters. We were born that way.
I do exercise all the time. I walk everywhere and bicycle everywhere!!! I think that I will do a non raw diet just not the veggies and fruits only. Its strict and hard to do but I think I will feel better.
it might be that this raw diet isn't the right thing for you right now. You may need a mix of mostly raw food and a little bit of lowfat meat to keep yourself satisfied. Don't feel bad to talk about a rough day because everyone on here wants to see you succeed. The only thing that might happen is that you get a little motivation. <3 be healthy and be happy but don't let it be the be all and end all. BTW running is a great calorie burner for those days when you do have to cheat.
Yea but I'm not into eating meat really anymore. I was trying to be a vegan maybe just vegetarian.The raw diet is sooooooo much harder than anything I have ever tried. I think the only reason that I want meat is because I know I cant have it :O) I'm rebellious :O) I will stick it out until the 20 are done but this will help me a lot on my vegetarian quest. Thanks for your comment and concerns its much appreciated.

Japan is definitely rough when eating out. There's usually at least a veggie something on the menu tho, even if it's cooked. Maybe order like 3 side dishes? You do have one thing that you can use to your advantage though: portion control. This country is wonderful for dialing back quantity, whether you're ordering individually or sharing something like yakiniku. So, my advice is, if you HAVE to cheat, cheat smart, in moderation, and get right back onto things once you walk out of that place.

Before you start loosing weight your stomach will shrink alittle so when your eating less now and more health it will slowly shrink then you will loose some weight.
but the most important thing is DONT GIVE UP your doing great!
It is just still kinda hard because I want results NOW lol but it take time and i'm not to patient :0) But I know i will get there soon, I just got to keep it up. Thanks for the encouragement!!!
