@CyberBlueAlex This is assuming you have a 360 but when you get 30 achievements you can buy Leviathan armor which is what that helm is part of. For every 5 achievements you unlock some armor that goes together so yeah. As for PS3 I assume you have to do something similar but not sure. Hope I helped.
