Good Job on the video, good info, well put together. Major props for getting the Belegarth name out their and spread to a group who doesn't know about it, and major props for having the guts to show this to your classmates! You should of added shooting your friend in the face with safe arrows and chasing down archers, ALSO VERY FUN! If you can catch one =P

No there isnt there are full contact larps and then there are pussy larps.

From what i see Belegarth is the first and not the second.

If any one in Adelaide, Australia wants to to start up a boffer fighting group like this or is already in one and is recruiting, please pm me. I realy want to do this, but I can't find any groups here. It can be Dagorhir, Belegarth or something similar or we can create our own. Lets do it, foam up and BATTLE!

I can't find any good Belegarth clips. :( Someone link me to them if you have them. This video is nice and does what it's supposed to do... but my group is WAY more aggressive. I wanna see shield bashing, archers picking people's limbs off and leaving them alive, noob rushes, veterans taking on three and four people at once... you know, stuff to show off to people who aren't familiar with the sport. If anyone has good clips, link me, won't you? :D

any of you guys heard of sca?? i think thats where this got its start. also we used to play a game like this called champions in springfeild. 3 day camping trip with nerf bats it was a blast

sca came after larping started lol. sca is just another organization. Belegarth is one of the bigger groups.

Belegarth is actually a splinter from Dagohir, they are organized around safe and massive battles. SCA is more focused on realism and duels than safety and playability. Both are awesome though...
