    Thank You!

I have upgraded the DVD (into a full-color photo-cover) with about an hour and 40' of the whole conversation.

    Cheers!

  • Greetings Cowman!

Mark just informed me: "We use 11 bulls jersey, brown swiss…."

  • I wonder if Mark McAffe uses a three breed rotation on his cows for better health/longevity and naturally polled bulls on his breeding stock to improve animal welfare? Those should really impact his bottom line if his consumers care about such things.

  • YES--neurological problems are so common on vegan/semi-vegan diets. As a kid, I was the poster child. Parents, PLEASE, don't unintentionally do this to your kids! I've only managed to get well through the eating properly, rest, alternative medicine, and the Nurodevelopmental Approach.

  • the e. choli what?

  • Greetings Paxhong!

Mark speaks on this toward the end of this segment.

  • vegans do not take flax seed oil as they

    should do.

    omega 3.

also oil out of mikro seeweed ulkenia.

  • That sounds like the 'lactase-continues-to-be-produced-as-a-consequence' "hypothesis". Thank you for responding so helpfully, ChefJam33. Even if ancient humans and modern-day hunter-gatherers do NOT produce lactase and CANNOT tolerate milk it is very helpful for the rest of us.

  • Well, Dr. Cordain in the PALEO DIET book asserts that MOST paleolithic humans were hunter-gatherers, NOT pastoralists. So the question remains: DO HUMANS PRODUCE LACTASE AFTER INFANCY in consequence TO CONTINUED MILK CONSUMPTION or in spite of CONTINUED MILK CONSUMPTION??

  • From Dr. Dale Jacobson, DC: "Hey, I am guessing that perhaps it is an adaptation that humans have made to be able to continue with milk. Otherwise, it could be suspected that God threw the dice for no particular reason regarding lactase. Dale"

  • @WIGNSWORD it's produced with an enzyme in milk.

  • @WIGNSWORD

Lactose intolerant consumers can drink raw milk because lactase-producing bacteria are present.
